Course Learning Objectives:


1. Gain a working knowledge of performance management systems.
2. Gain an enhanced ability to communicate effectively on issues relating to
performance management.
3. Learn appropriate terminologies and practices regarding performance

of the employees & their development

Scheme of Semester End Examination (SEE):


1. It will be conducted for 100 marks of 3 hours duration. It will be reduced to 50
marks for the calculation of SGPA and CGPA.
2. Question paper contains 4 sections, section A contains 3 marks questions,
Section B contains 7 marks questions, Section C contains 10 marks Questions
and Section D contains 20 marks case study. Students have to answer Five full
questions from section A, Five full questions from section B, Three full questions
from section C and Section D will have a compulsory question.
