I am a passionate, imaginative and professional computer games developer, who is constantly
developing a range of skills, from thinking creatively, to learning new skills, as well as paying
attention to details and working together as a team to create a superb game.

ACHIEVEMENTS
2015

Finished to a release-ready state an unannounced console game on Xbox One and


PS4

2014

Was a major part of a team creating large virtual parachuting simulator in Unity from
start to finish.

2013

Successfully entered and finished the Oculus VR Jam with a combat flight simulator
for the Oculus Rift.

2012

Made a popular video tutorial on how to make a Melee Weapon system in the
Unreal Developer Kit, totaling 51,000 views and 357 likes thus far.

2010 2012

Participated in 4 Global Games Jams and produced a game in 48 hours for each one,
every time learning new skills as well as working with a new team with new roles.

SKILLS
Programming Knowledge in C#, JavaScript, Lua, Python, UnrealScript, CG and knows some of the
basics of C++, Java and the concepts behind Object Orientated Programming and the
SOLID principle.
Games Engines Have an in-depth understanding of the Unity. I have also prototyped games in Unity
on mobile platforms.
Finished four large Unity projects for bespoke clients including an air marshaling
simulator, train shunting virtual trainer, a virtual parachuting simulator and an
unannounced console game.
Created a variety of systems in Unity including a motion suit integration using 11
9DOF sensors, controlling physical motors with Unity, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive
integration, implementing Augmented Reality into Unity and creating mobile games
on iOS and Android.
Created a working prototype AI Director for my dissertation in the Unreal
Development Kit (UDK).

ACTIVITIES
Games

Making small prototypes of game ideas in my spare time.


Learning to program and use different languages such as C++ and Python.
Attending game events I have already attended 2 Eurogamer Expos (2010 2011),
GameCamp 5 (2012), various GameDevUK events and Develop Conference (2015
and 2016).
Playing a variety of games from FPS, to turn-based strategies, to mobile games.

Other

Play guitar in my spare time, goes hiking/walking in various places, likes to read
books, such as Sci-Fi, Classical Literature, Crime and Games Design books.

Achievements:
Worked with the PS4 and Xbox One dev kits to create a ready-for-release
game that also uses mobile devices as controllers over a network
Creating games for the latest virtual reality platforms (HTC Vive and Oculus
Rift)
Participating in a role of a team lead, programmer and designer in a
company-wide game jam, where our game was nominated best of the game
jam by the company.

Being part of the creation a virtual aircraft marshaling simulator, with an
instructor and a 3 screen projector view for the student, creating an entirely
xml based event system within Unity
Working in a small team to create a train shunting demo, creating my own
spline system in Unity to work as tracks (with switchable points)
Networking several computers together to create a virtual parachute
simulator, with full body motion capture suits, a harness with motors for
feedback and lifting, and a virtual reality headset, all implemented in Unity
