ASSIGNMENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
This assignment is a Group Assignment.
Group Assigment
1. You are required to form a group consists 4-5 members.
2. Each group require to create a Poster as a group assignment.
3. The Poster should be in A3 size (297 x 420 mm) , presented in Landscape or Potrait orientation and printed
in Matte or Satin .
4. The Poster must be submitted in week 10 (18th 22nd July 2016) during your class time. Submission after
week 10 will NOT be accepted.
EVALUATION
This assignment accounts for 20% (poster 15% + presentation 5%) of the total marks for the course and shall be
assessed based on the Rubrics attached. You would be given feedback on the assignment before the Final
Semester Examination commences.
Each member in a group will be assessed for presentation and will be contribute 5% to the total marks of
coursework.
PLAGIARISM: MARKS DEDUCTION
You should not copy another persons assignment as your own. If plagiarism is detected, Zero (0) mark would
be given.
ASSIGNMENT QUESTION
PURPOSE

Assess the up and down of a country during Asian Financial Crisis 1997/1998

The purpose of this assignment is to develop students ability to explain the fundamental macroeconomic issue
during the recession. This assignment also will be able the students to investigate and explain the causes and
impact of the countrys GDP from 1995-2000. By doing this assignment, students able to understand and apply
the macroeconomic concept and economy policies to curb the situation.
REQUIREMENT
Two groups are required to choose same country to assess the Asian Financial Crisis. The nations are as below: Thailand

Hong Kong

Indonesia
