Please adhere to the following guidelines when handling Mini
Parasep SF. To avoid cross contamination the Mini Parasep SF
device should remain closed at all times except when introducing
the sample or when retrieving the final concentrated sample for
examination.

Sample Preparation

Unscrew lid (if prefilled, go to 1D)


Add 3.3ml of 10% Formalin
Add one drop of surfactant (eg:Triton X-100) to the chamber.
Introduce a level faecal sample (1E) using the spoon on the end of the
Mini Parasep SF filter. Mix in thoroughly with the Mini Parasep SF
spoon. If the sample is hard break with the end of the spoon.

Seal Mini Parasep SF by screwing in the filter/sedimentation cone


unit. Vortex or shake to emulsify with the sedimentation cone pointing
upwards.

Invert Mini Parasep SF and centrifuge at 200g for two minutes.


Mini Parasep SF fits all 15ml centrifuge buckets.

Mini Parasep SF s'adapte tous seaux centrifugeuse 15ml.

Dvisser le couvercle
Mesurer 3.3ml de ractif (MIF, Bailenger, ou Formaline au choix) dans
le tube fond rond.
Si ncessaire, ajouter une goutte de surfactant (par exemple, le Triton
X-100) la chambre. Ou utiliser le pr-remplie Mini Parasep SF.
Prlever un petit chantillon de selle au niveau avec le module tamis
(1E). Visser le module tamis sur le tube. BLOQUER

Entnahme des Sediments zur mikroskopischen Untersuchung, immer
verschlossen bleiben.

Deckel abschrauben (bei vorgefllten Rhrchen gehe zu 1D).


3,3ml 10% Formalin in das Rhrchen geben.
1 Tropfen Triton-X-100 (1:20-Verdnnung) zugeben.
Mit dem Spatel am Filter eine ebene Kotprobe entnehmen (1E) und gut
mischen. Bei sehr harten Stuhlproben mit dem Spatel zerdrcken.

Den Filterteil mit dem Lsungsrhrchen fest zusammendrehen und


gut mischen mittels Vortexmischer bzw. krftig schtteln, bis eine
homogene Emulsion entsteht.

Zentrifugation

Mini Parasep SF mit dem konusfrmigen, spitz zulaufenden Teil nach


unten in die Zentrifuge stellen. 2 Minuten bei 200 x g zentrifugieren. Mini
Parasep SF passt in alle 15ml Zentrifugenrhrchen- Aufstze.

Desenroscar el tapn
Aadir 3.3ml de solucin de formalina al 10% en el tubo de recogida
de muestra.
Si se requiere una gota de surfactante (Triton X-100) para emulsionar
Alternativamente, existen sistemas Mini Parasep SF predosificados
con los buffers que se requieran.
Introduzca una cucharita de nivel de la muestra fecal usando la cucharita
del Mini Parasep SF (1E). Mezclar completamente con la punta del
filtro. Si la muestra es muy dura se rompe con la punta del filtro.
Enroscar la cmara de mezcla con la unidad de filtro/cono de
sedimentacin. Vortear o agitar para emulsionar con el cono de
sedimentacin hacia arriba.
