How to eliminate bad qi

You can just chant some mantras over some water and wash yourself with it.
That's for superficial bad qi.
One can also do some mudras, like shankh mudra, that activate vishuddha chakra.
But don't think it'll work in 5 minutes. Do it for longer, like 40 minutes.
In addition you can also do chin lock, that's a yoga posture in which you basically
press your head against your chest. Or you can do the opposite and bend your head
the other way.
Prana mudra is good, too. It activates the lower chakras.
If someone has been affected severely by evil qi, you have to chant mudras daily
over water and yourself for a couple of weeks.
Earthing can also be done by stomping your feet to the ground or dancing.
Or going out with friends.
If a home is supposed to be cleansed, you have to chant mudras over water and
sprinkle it in the corners. Having friends and people coming over brings blessing
to a home.
----------------------------------What is shamanism? Shamanism is the oldest known spiritual practice of humanity in which a
chosen person, the shaman
is in contact with the spirit word and heals the sick.
The shaman fulfills many different duties. He/She can be storyteller, priest, healer, magician....
There are different causes for sickness in shamanism. To understand them you need to
understand the shamanic view of life.
First of all, our souls are made of different pieces, that carry different traits of us. When a person
experiences a trauma, a piece of the soul is broken off and imprisoned in that moment.
Sometimes we deliberately give a piece of us to other people or steal pieces of other people.
Trauma doesn't have to be emotional, it can also be physical. This leaves us open for foreign
influences, it's like a hole in us. And as we all know, the universe tends to fill the void. The
person doesn't feel the same anymore after a certain incident. This is not to be confused with
growth, as with growth you still feel like yourself.
Then there are spirits that are protecting us. There are many different spirits like your lifelong
spirit, changing spirits, the spirits of the ancestors.
Your lifelong spirit is, as the name already indicates, the spirit that accompanies you throughout
your life. Other spirits change after a certain time and are replaced by others. They accompany
you only during a certain time or for a certain project. As with the spirits of the ancestors, I don't
know what they really do. But all these spirits are a source of power, they give you power and
protect you.

It could happen, that the spirits that accompany you leave you. This can be due to the
weakening of the link between you, through for example the evil eye or other negative energies.
In that case, they can't really find you anymore.
These spirits are not to be confused with the typical guardian angel. That exists, too, but they're
not the same.
In case of a so called soul loss or power animal loss, the person becomes weak. Soul loss
causes feeling not like yourself anymore, depression or chronic illnesses. Power animal loss
causes feeling powerless and running in circles. It can, like soul loss, cause chronic illnesses.
The weaking of the person can make them susceptible to possession.
The shaman goes into trance and contacts his/her helping spirits to retrieve the souls and spirits
of the sick person. The spirit world is typically divided into three different worlds: The upper,
middle and lower world.
The middle world is just like our world, but filled with spirits. The spirits in this plane can be
wicked or good.
The spirits of the upper and lower world are more benevolent. The lower world is filled with
nature, whereas the upper world
is more white and airy.
I don't know whether the division into these three worlds is something new invented by neo
pagans or something old.
It can be said that there are many more worlds/dimensions than these three. It all depends on
how you outline them.
There is nothing like one true shamanism, that is practiced all over the world by indiginous folk.
You shouldn't compare it to native american spirituality either, since they're medicine men per
definition.
But I do believe this shamanism I described is a truth that can't be denied and doesn't have to
be put in context with different cultures.

Everything needs a cause, a reason. Without the cause a thing cannot be. No one can violate
this law as
it is ultimate.
You used all of your money to try to save your business. That was obviously a mistake, but it's

since sometimes we are so focused on something, we stick with it and see everything in tunnel
vision.
Your mistake however was lending your ex boyfriend money. Didn't you know his personality
when you lend it to him?
If my ex did this to me, I would spread the news to everyone, so that he would be publicly
humiliated and maybe even
give my money back to me. First tell his parents and siblings. If he still won't pay it back, tell all
his friends or

write it on facebook. It's not about taking revenge or cultivating hatred, it's at least making it
publicly know to reclaim
my personal power.
About your factory, did you have an insurance? It should cover the costs, I believe. If you didn't,
then learn from this.
As I said, everything needs a cause. If the cause isn't given, a thing cannot exist. Likewise, if
you really guard yourself
against for example a fire, by having an insurance, stricter safety rules, you wouldn't be in such
a bad situation.
And if the cause is not given, it does not matter whether you are having bad luck or not.
On the contrary, if you have created a cause for something and really guard yourself against
possible threats, not even fate could take that away from you.

I have not seen people being punished by exact the same fashion they did injustice to other
people. It's more that their hearts change and become cold and their life in general starts to
suck. But they do not seem to get the just punishment they deserve. It's somewhat diminished.
I've read about karma in context to the chakras somewhere. The upper chakras make a person
free of karma. But that would mean karma is the unconscious, the animalistic and primitive, the
unreflective mind.
Other people see karma as connection between people. If someone did injustice to another
person, there would be karma between them. But how could the innocent person, who had no
responsibility for this, suffer? Hindus reply with rebirth...
The word karma is used in so many different contexts that it's hard for me to grasp the meaning.
Maybe somebody could clarify this for me? Maybe someone like...Jlim? :P

but someone else could see it for example as a european library with books. The idea behind
the thing (the scrolls)
is the same, it carries information. But the shape it is given depends on the person which goes
there.
Only if you really let go of anything you know, you can see the real shape I guess.
There is a book in which the destiny of a person is written. The books/scrolls are in a library, but
they're
written in a strange language, so noone is able to read them

I'd like to recommend the use of mudras to everyone. I consider the use of mudras as the most
direct and powerful way to direct energies in your body and balance the elements.
As we all know there are five elements in India: fire, water, earth, air and akash.

The fire element is connected with the tumb, whereas water is attributed to the little finger, earth
to the ring finger, akash
to the middle finger and air to the index finger.
To balance the elements you use the thumb and the other fingers. By touching the tip of a finger
with the tip of your thumb you strenghten the element in question, while pressing a finger down
with your thumb weakens it.
For example: If someone has dry skin, he or she can support the water element by touching the
tip of the little finger with your thumb. Or you can weaken the air element (if it is too strong) by
pressing the index finger into your palm with your thumb.
Using mudras you can also balance the chakras. It is important to do a mudra long enough. Five
minutes won't cut it, but 40-45 minutes will. If you don't have enough time you can do it in
stretches like 3 times 20 minutes. The great thing about mudras is, that you can do them
everywhere and don't have to concentrate on it.
Mudras are widespread in Asia and are used in Japan and China, too. In Japan you have the
kuji-in, the nine seals, which can be used to activate specific chakras. It should be noted that the
attribution of the elements and fingers slightly differs, so you should not try to compare both
systems. The kuji-in are also used to invoke celestial forces, so be careful chanting mudras
along with it, if you're inexperienced.
Doing mudras, one should be careful not to use mudras that are used in religious context to
incorporate 'deities', since you might invoke energies/deities you wouldn't want to.

I don't believe in past lives and karma (in that relation). Let's just say for arguments sake that a
disgusting person has died and then has reincarnated into the most innocent person ever. How
can you say these two people are the same? They're not the same, their personalities are
different, their heart is different. How can it be just to let this person suffer?
This is not justice!
I have never understood this about karma.
Just like I never understood that Christians believe the sacrifice of a person would cleanse them
of their own sins. A person who has done nothing wrong is sacrificed for the sins of other
people?

There are certain hell like dimensions people go when they have performed certain acts.
About love. Most people are not capable of loving another person. They are like animals who
only want the body, like a cat wants a mouse, while they would even go as far as to kill the
person inside, by denying them their dreams.
They are not able to feel such emotions.

What we do is already determined by our personalities and the circumstances.
For example everybody would know how their family members would react to certain
things. But they theoretically have the freedom to act differently.
Death doesn't count as free will. Can you stop the rain out of your free will?
Death is only natural and it is really a nice death to die in your sleep.
And there is an afterlife, too. So who knows where they're hanging around right now.
I only feel sorry for the family members.
There are certain forces that influence a person e.g. by changing their hearts or their actions.
But they're not all powerful. Maybe some people can go against their destiny.
Whether that is good or bad for the person, I don't know.

Sometimes people become spiritually weak do to intrusions of other peoples evil eyes. This can

for spirits. Therefore I'd do a thorough spiritual cleansing beforehand.

If someone uses it, they are probably either trying to bind your energy to an object

in astrology, be it ZWDS or western, you actually look into a persons heart, their desires and
views.
And what is within is also without. Your views and beliefs lead to your deeds and set up your
karma.
You attract what you carry within yourself.
So how do you manage to not attract the same bothersome events in your life over and over
again?
If we look at western astrology, I could give you oppositions as an example. Opposition means,
that two planets face each other directly, so that a certain pull/tension is build up. And these
oppositions
often play themselves out in relationships. A person cannot deal with the tension, attracts a
partner
that represents the archetype/behavior of one planet and assumes the role of the other planet in
the opposition.
Logically speaking the person should be able to stop attracting such people, when he/she learns
to reconcile both
energies.
Likewise in ZWDS, a person could be able to change his her views, reconcile hostile energies
and thus avert terrible
situations.
I could think of meditation as a way, but meditating helps you to withdraw from the world. The
moment you enter it again,
it will be very hard for you to maintain the balance.
And if you consider that certain aspects of the planets/stars tend to form again and again over
the decades, is it really possible
to flee from this, by changing yourself?

Actually there is no such thing as time. There is no past, no future.

The past we generate and create by our memories, the future by our imaginations.
It is our brain that creates time.
There is only the here and now.
In the afterlife there is no time either. It's more like a row of events.
A moment can feel like a second, but also like thirty minutes.
But somehow past, present and future exist at the same time.
There is no space either.
It is through the power of our brains that we capture the reality as a picture in our brains.
Who says that the things look the same when we don't look at them. I think of it more as
vibrations and vibrating threads, that are captured by our eyes and generate an image.
But at the same time there is space. There are the dimensions in which spirits or the dead live
in and these somehow don't rely on our eyes.
----------------------------------------You don't do feng shui for dead people. Doing this just shows that they have no knowledge of
the afterlife. Things like feng shui or astrology are only for the living. If there are problems with a
grave due to water lines or stuff like that it's common sense to change that, but anything further
is utterly respectless. Maybe the 'inauspicious' date opens an opportunity for the spirits of the
dead to exert their anger for being disturbed.
This reminds me of burning paper money for the dead. It's just as ridiculous. This will not reach
them anyway. The only thing that stays with a person after their death are their deeds (their
karma). That is why you can for example do some charity in their name or feed the poor. This
shows that you value them and it really does make a difference for them.
People really need to get a hold of themselves...
If there are any problems in a person's life or family, because of a lack of blessing of the
ancestors there are also other ways to solve this. The most obious one is to get in touch with
one roots. You could learn the language of your ancestors for example. Or you could give your
child the name of one of your ancestors.
----------------------------------------------------From my own experience I can confirm the relation between TCM organs and paranormal
experiences.
Basically disturbances in the liver or very strong emotions like despair or depression can cause
the
travel of the soul to other worlds. But only IF there is already a strong connection to the other
side
(traumas or spiritual gifts).
Likewise disturbances in the overall chi (spleen qi or kidney qi systems for example) can cause
bad luck and susceptibilty to intruding energies. (Notice the connection between bazi elements
luck pillars and organs).

Edit: So depending on the organ system effected the therapy would consist of healing the liver
(moving liver qi herbs, treat liver fire etc.) and/or (depending if there is additional bad luck)
strenghtening the spleen qi. Bad luck resulting from lack of joy/ inner attitude should be treated
by healing the kidney qi system.
I don't treat people with tcm, just reading and speaking from my own experience. So feel free to
criticize.

I don't know what ArtofFugue said in his earlier post, but I'll give you some tips:
1) First of all, it could be something attached to the place you live (since it happened to both you
and your sister).
2) It could be an ancenstor, but I would find that strange, since they usually would communicate
via dreams. And I don't think they would visit you that frequently.
3) It could be something attached to your family. In this case you would need to get to know the
reason and do the according ritual.
And there are different beings. Not everything is a ghost, you know.
If you and your sister experience bad luck, health problems or terrible mood swings, this would
point to an entity you would need to get rid of. As a general tip, I would say a prayer three times
and command all evil to leave your house. Placing a hematite stone in each corner of a room (or
your bed) errects a strong wall of protection against most evil spirits.
If something is attached to you, these remedies will only be temporary.
Susceptibility to paranormal influences in western astrology (according to me):
1) In your natal chart: Neptune/Moon contacts (especially opposition and in water sign)
2) A weak saturn
3) Difficult pluto contacts to neptune
4) Neptune in the watery houses (especially 12th and 8th)
By transit:
1) Difficult neptune transits to your saturn or pluto
2) Neptune transit 12th house or 8th house
This is only very general, usually you would have spiritual aspects in your natal chart that get
activitated/ changed through a transiting planet (like neptune), so that the qualities of the planets
get distorted. In ZWDS you would look for stars that could also cause mental instabilities like Ju
Men with Hua Ji or stuff like that.
------------------------------------Why do you only mention negative emotions? Positive emotions can cause troubles, too.
In addition to mantras, mudras are extremely useful. They help to heal the body. First you need
to know which chakra is affected. Than you do the according mudra. Each chakra basically rules
the organs in close proximity. I like to do japanese mudras.
But I have to add, that many diseases are caused by negative energies. If you give someone
else the 'evil eye', this means you try to destroy someone elses health/luck out of your own
envy, it would return to yourself and cause you health problems and in severe cases a mental

breakdown. (Depends on the strength of the evil eye you gave someone else). Likewise you
could be the victim of someone elses negative emotions. In such cases there needs to be a
spiritual purification done to restore health and balance in the afflicted persons life.
Another option is that your own spiritual power/ boundaries are weakened due to bad LP. This
would then either a) open the door for the ill-wishing you did to other people to return to you b)
make you susceptible to sha qi.
And as a side note: It is perfectly okay, to hate someone and wish someone ill, who wronged
you in a terrible way. Don't let other people tell you what to feel and what not to feel. There is a
reason for each feeling. It only becomes a problem, when you are overly sensitive and lash out
at every little thing.

exclude another thing.
Especially things like the afterlife depend to a big degree on the faith of a person. For example:
When (good) christians, muslims... die they usually get picked up by angel or angel like beings
right away. They don't get reincarnated.
I know that there are different bardos in tibetan buddhism and the afterlife of the big
monotheistic religions resembles the liberation of the karmic cycle, but it's better not to mix up
different faiths.
You would also have to define a soul, if you were to talk about reincarnation. There are also lost
parts of souls, they tend to be recycled in certain places.
And in tibetan buddhism the soul of a dead person does not have to incarnate on earth.
Depending on your own karma you could be reincarnated in a hell dimension or the dimension
of the spirits.
It's very complicated, but to sum up, there are different places people can go after their death
and this depends mainly on your faith (religion). It's better not to try to connect the different
teachings as the different paths are not the same.
To each their own faith.
--------------------------------------------When I said there hearts change and become cold I meant, that there hearts turn black. Usually
an ordinary person has a white heart with some black spots on it. The size and number of spots
represent the sins of a person. If they commit a very grave bad deed it turns completely black.
And their energy changes. Sometimes I meet people I cannot physically stand close to, because
of this. It's like they're already living in hell.
This reminds me of something my guardian spirit told me in a dream. I dreamt that there was a
pile of souls and an animal spirit of mine standing there. I was about to eat the souls, but I
stopped and asked him, 'What will happen, if I eat these souls? Will they go to hell?'
And he responded and said, 'It can be both heaven and hell'. Then I woke up. Only afterwards I
realized that the pile of souls belonged to me...They were the souls I lost in my life and were
now brought back. And accordingly this world can be both heaven and hell.

This would fit to my observations with the blackening of the heart and also with the teachings of
karma.
