ONE STEP MALARIA pf/pv Ab RAPID

TEST
(RELIABLE)
1. Bring the specimen & reagents at
room temperature.
2. Mix the specimens (plasma or
serum) well prior to testing.
3. Open the pouch at notch & remove
device.
4. Place the device at clean surface &
mark with sample ID.
5. Dispense 4 drops (30-45 l) of
sample into sample well.
6. Add 1 drop (35-50 l) of sample
diluents immediately.
7. Read result after 15 minutes.

Note: Do not read result after 15

minutes.

RAPID WIDAL SALMONELLA

ANTIBODY SLIDE TEST (BIO LAB
DIAGNOSTICS)
1. Clean the glass slide with distilled
water and dry.
2. Bring the antigen at room
temperature & mix well before use.
3. Add 1 drop of sample to each
marked well O, H, AH and
BH.
4. Add 1 drop of antigen to each
marked well accordingly.
5. Mix well using separate disposable
sticks.
6. Observe agglutination within 5
minutes under a bright light source.

ASLO SLIDE LATEX

AGGLUTINATION TEST
(RECOMBIGEN)
1.Bring the kit components & sample
at room temperature.
2.Gently shake the reagent to disperse
the latex particles.
3.Place 1 drop (50 l) of undiluted
serum sample into a circle of slide.
4.Place 1 drop of reagent 1 (RF latex)
next to the drop of serum.
5.Mix both the drops spreading them
over the full surface of the circle.
6.Rotate the slide at 80-100 rpm for 2
minutes.
7.Read the presence or absence of
visible agglutination.

CRP SLIDE LATEX AGGLUTINATION
TEST
(PRRECISION BIOTECH)
1.Bring the kit components & sample
at room temperature.
2.Mix the latex reagent thoroughly
prior to use.
3.Place 1 drop (50 l) of undiluted
serum sample into a circle of slide.
4.Place 1 drop of CRP latex reagent
next to the drop of serum.
5.Mix both the drops spreading them
over the full surface of the circle.
6.Rotate the slide at 80-100 rpm for 2
minutes.

7.Read the presence or absence of

visible agglutination.
NOTE: do not read result after
two minutes.

RAPID R.A. SLIDE LATEX

AGGLUTINATION TEST
(BIOLAB DIAGNOSTICS)
1. Bring the kit components & sample
at room temperature.
2. Gently shake the reagent to disperse
the latex particles.
3. Place 1 drop (50 l) of undiluted
serum sample into a circle of slide.
4. Place 1 drop of RF latex reagent next
to the drop of serum.
5. Mix both the drops spreading them
over the full surface of the circle.
6. Rotate the slide at 80-100 rpm for 2
minutes.
7. Read the presence or absence of
visible agglutination.

RAPID PLASMA REAGIN (RPR)
TEST
(AGAPPE DIAGNOSTICS)
1. Bring the kit components & sample
at room temperature.
2. Place 1 drop (40 l) of undiluted
serum sample into a circle of slide.
3. Place 1 drop (18 l) of RPR antigen
suspension next to the drop of
serum by using antigen dropper.
4. Mix both the drops spreading them
over the full surface of the circle.
5. Rotate the slide at 80-100 rpm for 8
minutes.

6. Read the presence or absence of

visible clumping.
NOTE: do not read result after 8
minutes.
ANTI HCV ANTIBODY TEST
(ACON BIOTECH)
1. Remove the test device from the foil
pouch & use within 1 hour.
2. Place the device on clean & level
surface.
3. Transfer the serum or plasma
sample to the sample well (S) by
using:
A. Pipette: 5 l
B. Dropper: draw up to fill line
4. Add 2 drops (80 l) of buffer.
5. Read the result at 10 minutes.

NOTE:
1. Avoid bubble trapping in sample
well.
2. Do not read result after 20
minutes.

HBs ANTIGEN RAPID CARD TEST

(HEPA-SCAN)
1. Bring the kit components & sample
at room temperature.
2. Remove the device from the pouch
just prior to testing.
3. Place the device on a flat surface.
4. Place 2-3 drop of serum or plasma
sample into sample window.
5. Read the positive result in 10
minutes & negative result in 20
minutes.
NOTE: do not read result after
20 minutes.

CHIKUNGUNYA IgM ANTIBODY

RAPID TEST
(J. MITRA)
1.Bring the kit components & sample
at room temperature.
2.Open the pouch & use it within one
hour.
3.Remove the test card from the
pouch prior to use.
4.Place 2 drops (70 l) of serum or
plasma sample using sample
dropper into the sample well.
5.Read the result at 15 minutes.
NOTE: do not read result after
15 minutes.

DENGUE NS1 ANTIGEN, IgM & IgG

ANTIBODY RAPID TEST

(J. MITRA)
1.Bring the kit components & sample at room
temperature.
2.Open the pouch & use it within one hour.
3.Remove the test card from the pouch prior to
use & label it with sample ID.
A.NS1 ANTIGEN TESTING:
i. Add 3 drops (100 l) of serum or plasma
sample using ANTIGEN TEST SAMPLE DROPPER
to sample well.
ii. Read result at 20 minutes.
B.IgM & IgG TESTING:
i. Fill the serum or plasma sample up to mark (10
l) provided in the ANTIBODY TEST SAMPLE
DROPPER.
ii. Add the specimen to the sample well.
iii. Add 2 drops of dengue antibody buffer to the
sample well immediately.
iv. Read result at 20 minutes.
