have Cerebrovascular Accidents or other neurological deficits that placed them at high risk for falls. Safety was improved by proper lighting, proper
foot wear when ambulating, assisted ambulation, use of wheel-chair and walker and clear pathways. In addition, call bell is placed when client is in
bed.

At the end of this clinical rotation I developed the skills required at my level of studies to practice safely and competently. I checked vital signs,
administered oral medications, subcutaneous injections, wound dressings, bed baths and health teachings. In addition, electronic documentation was

She organized her nursing care based on data obtained from patient records and nursing report. She provided nursing care such as ADL
and administered PO medication, medication via G-feed; subcutaneous medication such as Heparin, Lovenox and insulin. She also
administed IM injection. She applied Nitro-patch, administered Ventolin inhalation; removed staples; applied steri strips, and instilled eye
drops. Additionally, she prepared, hung and administered IVPB medication. She inserted foley catheter and provided catheter care.
