CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Symbiotic events are licensed 18+ event only, unless specifically

outlined by Symbiotic events. No exceptions.
There are strictly no pass-outs (Exit and Re-Entry) at any Symbiotic event.
Entry is at own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved.
Patrons must comply with State and Federal Australian law at all times
during the event.

NON-PERMITTED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted to be brought to the event by
patrons:

Glow sticks
Alcohol
Umbrellas
Go Pros
Professional Cameras
Audio Recording Devices (not including mobile phones)
Stickers & Flyers.
Weapons/Dangerous Items (including selfie sticks)

Glass (not including perfume)

Metal Containers
Flares
Fireworks
Laser Pointers
Illicit & Prescription Drugs
Vapour E cigarettes

At Symbiotic events flares and fireworks are considered to be an

extremely harmful weapon. If a patron is found with a flare, they will be
immediately ejected, banned from Symbiotic events indefinitely and may
be prosecuted.
No liquids are permitted on site for security reasons. There is free water
provided on site at various locations.
No animals are permitted on site, excluding authorised guide and
companion dogs.

VALID ID
Valid Photo ID is required for entry
Only the following identification is acceptable:

VALID Passport,

VALID Australian Driver License,

VALID State specific proof of age card.

Attendees from overseas must bring their valid passport to gain entry.
Overseas Drivers License, Learners Permits, Student University and/or Public
Transport cards will not be accepted.
On request security have the right to ask you to legitimize yourself with
further ID requests.
TICKETING
All patrons entering the site must have a valid ticket. When wristbands are
issued upon entry, patrons must not tamper with or remove them for the
duration of the event.
One ticket is only valid for the admission of one person.
Wristbands are not transferrable and must be worn at all times during the
event. Wristbands remain the property of Symbiotic Events at all times.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR TICKET TO THE EVENT WILL BE CONFISCATED
IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS OR
CONTRABAND.

REJECTION OF ENTRY
Security will be required to search, pat down, metal detect, inspect or
open any bags or articles upon entry. Any person who withdraws consent
for this, either prior to the search or during the search or hinders the search
process shall be refused entry to the event.
Access to a Symbiotic event is prohibited or refused to people who:

Are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other

stimulant.
Have been banned from events before, imposed by either the
administrative, legal or police governing bodies.
Illustrate behavior that intends to disturb public peace or to provoke
assault.
Intentionally attempt to conceal prohibited items with the intent to
bypass security screening.
Are wearing gang related colours, Hi-Vis clothing, or attempting to
resemble any staff member; including unauthorized media vests, or
uniforms that impersonate emergency service personnel.
Are from unauthorized media outlets.

Only authorised and fully accredited media approved by the

Marketing and Publicity departments of Symbiotic are permitted at
Symbiotic events.
Any media or persons found to be carrying media equipment
(microphones, recording devices, camera etc.) or deliberately
deceiving staff will be removed and banned from Symbiotic events for
an indefinite period.
If you are evicted from the event, and were issued with a wristband,
your wristband will be removed, and you will not be allowed re-entry.

POLICE
Police have the right to attend Symbiotic events and have the right to
question and eject patrons from the event, if they are suspected of
possessing illegal substances, weapons or contraband.
Patrons should respect police and be compliant with their requests, but
should also be aware of their rights.
MEDICAL
By purchasing or receiving a ticket or Pass and entering the event and
using the Venue and Symbiotic medical facilities, a patron consents
(express/implied) to allow Symbiotic Events or its representatives to receive
personal information from the medical services provided by Symbiotic
/Venue that has been obtained during treatment during and after the
event.
LIABILITY
Symbiotic and the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or
damages sustained entering or within the premises.
Symbiotic will not be held liable for any hearing damage or loss. Use
earplugs if necessary.
Symbiotic will not take responsibility for cloaked items.
ACCESSIBILITY & MOBILITY IMPAIRED POLICY
Dedicated entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a
Companion Card.
Dedicated toilets will also be available

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

The event is copyrighted. Filming &/or photography by nonaccredited persons or media is not permitted.
No recording devices such as video cameras, Go Pros,
audio recorders or professional cameras of any kind
are allowed on site without prior authorisation from Symbiotic. Only
smartphones are accepted
Any and all footage taken by patrons on camera, mobile phone or
any recording device is subject to Copyright Laws.
Symbiotic and its artists give no permission for filming,
photographing or any recordings where used in any public n
medium without written authorisation from Symbiotic Events.

You may be filmed or photographed at this event by Symbiotic at their

sole discretion for publicity and promotional purposes.
ENTRY CONSTITUTES CONSENT
PATRON BEHAVIOUR

Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion and respect the

neighbors.

It is strictly forbidden for patrons to enter restricted areas such as

backstage, production sites, offices etc. Doing so will result in
immediate ejection from the event.

Patrons that are caught destroying event decorations will be

ejected immediately.

Dangerous activities will not be tolerated. This includes aggressive

moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, or gang related behavior.

No intimidating behavior will be tolerated. Patrons participating in

these activities will be evicted without right to re-entry or refund.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
No third party promotional items including flyers, posters, stickers,
wristbands or tickets are permitted to be distributed at any Symbiotic
event or in surrounding areas.
EMERGENCY AND SAFEY PROCEDURES
In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, please follow all
official directives.
For safety reason, Symbiotic Events reserves the right to:
Interrupt or stop the event
Totally or partially vacate the venue
Deny access to the site regardless of the possession of a valid entry
ticket
Deny access to certain areas to control crowd safety/surging.
If you feel at any time anyones health or safety is threatened, please
contact the nearest security guard. There are First Aid Officers on site at all
times who can be contacted by security and event staff.
Staff are there to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
LINE UP CHANGES & REFUNDS
Line-up is subject to change without notice and may vary from what was
originally advertised.
Symbiotic makes no representation regarding the view of the stage from
all vantage points.
Symbiotic may be forced to alter the program or timetable of the event.
In this case the entry ticket remains valid and it is neither exchangeable
nor refundable, unless required by State or Federal law.
