Health Starts Here offers Team Members intensive health and wellness education
programs geared toward sustaining long-term, positive lifestyle changes, including
healthy eating, fitness and empowerment. There are two rounds of immersion programs
offered annually at three different locations in the United States. Participating in the
immersion program will allow Team Members, who qualify and who are ready to take
charge of their own health, to receive more direct support in making positive lifestyle and
dietary changes under the guidance of a medical professional, and at no cost to them.

Program name: Eat Well Live Well

Provide educational materials to their associates on fruit and vegetable nutrition facts,
tips to increase physical activity, how to watch portion sizes and count calories, how to
consistently measure progress by keeping track of their numbers such as BMI, blood
pressure, blood glucose, and blood cholesterol, etc., provides a passport to wellness which
is a pocket sized passport with all of the trails in their area and once the associate
completes their passport by visiting all of the trails, they get a prize, and they strive to
