Evaluation technique
This should be based on the number of correct scans, erroneous scans and the time taken to decode
each of the codes. This can use an analytic model which considers the quality of the printed code,
the length of the code and the size of the code.
Workload
This can be done by feeding the engine different type of codes and documents (for document
capture) randomly and monitoring the outputs generated and the correctness of the outputs
generated as well as the time taken for the processing. Resources such as memory taken the cpu
taken can also be monitored.
