Today, the Verband der Schadenversicherer e.V. (VdS) which is an accredited fire and safety
technology supervisor subjects the natural smoke exhaust systems to random checks with regard to the
appropriate consideration of risks, correspondence to the state-of-art and workmanship in line with DIN
ISO 2859. This added safety is confirmed by a registered certificate on the compliance of the natural
smoke exhaust systems with the object-specific requirements and conditions (form 2510).
Test
An approved test method and new voluntary tests conducted by independent neutral
experts provide an additional guarantee of the high standard of the safety facility
installed. Be on the safe side!
Quality
Beyond our own quality checks, the entire natural smoke exhaust system is subjected
to additional quality assurance measures ensured through a contractual external
supervision of all services provided. And of course, we offer a maintenance
programme for our natural smoke exhaust systems. This means: unexcelled quality
for your safety equipment.
Safety
Natural smoke exhaust systems serve to ensure safety in case of fire. Thanks to the
additional voluntary acceptance test we can guarantee that the natural smoke exhaust

TOPLINE Skylight System
TOPLINE
Pos. 1: Indu-Light-Topline
Skylight made using polycarbonate multiple web panels, buildingregulations approved under No Z-10.1-343, manufactured using
circularly bent multiple web panels. The exterior face is co-extruded
(longlife) for optimized weather resistance. The polycarbonate panels
drip off in a non- inflamed state, and they are ready-to-melt-out acc. to
DIN 18230. All components of the continuous rooflight are 100 %
recyclable. For a reduced heat transmittance, the elements are
opalescent. Extruded profiles are used to joint the panels both inside
and outside. The system is mounted in such a way that the PC elements
are free to extend in all directions. So they do not need to be throughbolted. The head sections are also made using PC multiple web panels.
The continuous rooflight is designed for a snowload of 0.75 KN/m
and a wind load of 0.90 KN/m, and it is ready for assembly onto a
steel crown.

SKYLINE
It. 1: Indu-Light-Skyline
Saddleback roof continuous rooflight, 45/45 or 30/30 pitch,
designed for a snow load of 0.75 KN/m and a
wind load of 0.90 KN/m, built as three-hinged frame,
comprising profiled, cold-finished aluminium ceiling rails and
cover strips with an EPDM lip sealing.
The rails are arranged at a 1.00 1.22 m pitch.
The ridge joint comprises an inner and an outer
cold-finished aluminium bend enclosing a
thermal insulation and a sheet.
The glazing on both side walls is effected using
polycarbonate multiple web panels or insulating glass;
if polycarbonate is used, the exterior face is co-extruded (longlife) for
optimized
weather resistance. The gables are arranged vertically,
and glazed the same way as the side walls are.
The saddleback roof continuous rooflight is ready for assembly onto a
full-perimeter steel crown.

SHEDLINE

Continuous shed rooflight, 60/30 pitch, designed for a
snow load of 0.75 kN/m and a wind pressure of 0.90 kN/m.
The rails are manufactured from cold-finished aluminium
hollow chamber profiles in an three-hinged beam design and
arranged at a 1.00 1.22m pitch.
The ridge joint comprises an inner and an outer
cold-finished aluminium bend enclosing a
thermal insulation and a sheet.
The north front is glazed using polycarbonate multiple web panels
or insulating glass.
If polycarbonate is used, the exterior face is co-extruded for optimized
weather resistance. Cold-finished aluminium extruded profiles with an
EPDM lip sealing are used
as cover strips. The opposite (south) front is covered by a
sandwich element comprising two steel sheets,
RAL coated with a polyurethane rigid foam layer between them.
The gables are arranged vertically, and covered as the
south front.
The continuous shed rooflight is ready for assembly onto a

Single- and double-pane skylights are
manufactured in a large variety of sizes
and an optimum price-performance ratio.
Besides standard nominal dimensions our
skylights can be adjusted to almost every
roof opening.
Flexibility
The double-pane skylights allows
usage of the smoke and heat vent
(RWA) simulaneously as a good
weather ventilation. An integrated
crest duct ensures an unhampered
stormwater flow.
Complete system
Our skylight are delivered with a crest
heading of galvanised sheet steel, coilcoated in a colour tone similar to RAL
9002. The crest heading can be
connected with an adjusted thermal
insulation to the existing roofing system.
Multiplicity

Ventilation through the casement described below is effected using
a pneumatic cylinder.

a pneumatic cylinder. All types are deliverable with
1.22m bad-weather ventilation. The crown is based on aluminium
rectangular elements in aluminium design.

The INDU-LIGHT Fixing Device provides

comfortable safety for 2 persons up to
a distance of 7.5 metres between two fitting points.
Definitionens:
The Fitting Point serves as fastening point for personal fall protection safety harnesses.
The Fixing Device serves as fixing device for personal fall protection safety harnesses. If
Properly mounted and used in conformity to instructions, the fixing device together with an
Adequate catching system protects two persons from falling.
The Fixing Device comprises at least two fitting points that are connected with a wire rope
d=8 mm and are located at a max. Distance of 7.5 metres.
In addition, the Fixing Device must be accessible via a safe access as specified for the
respective structure in accordance with the valid building regulations.
