AFFIDADAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, ARLENE L. MORENO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, with residence and postal address at
Brgy 71 Naganaga, Tacloban City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, under
the oath depose and state that;
1. I am the Auntie of AIMEE DEE M. RONQUILLO earning an average P60,000.00 monthly
from my buy & sell business particularly.
2. She purchased a house and lot, block 9 lot 2 at Tierra Verde Residences, Brgy Burol III,
Dasmarinas City, Cavite thru HDMF Financing.
3. That she has an outstanding total cash required (TCR) balance in the amount of
P67, 100.00 payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installment.
4. That, in the event that the said monthly TCR is not cleared or is returned for whatever
reason, I acknowledge that I am liable and shall pay any amount including penalties and
interest due on her account. I agree that in such a case the entire obligation shall
become due and demandable.
5. Furthermore, I promise to sign pertinent documents on February 2016 as soon as I
return to Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
I hereby execute the foregoing affidavit and affirm the truth of the above stated compliance with
the requirement relative to the purchase on HDMF financing of the above stated house and lot
from Forte Realty Corporation.
