below for the work to be executed at the rate at which they are to be charged.

Contractor shall have to buy bring ordinary Portland cement as per IS-812/1989 and
IS-12269/1987 or its latest revision with ISI mark and steel form open market and
produce the bill of purchase along with necessary test certificate at the time of
claiming running account bills. Cement shall be use only 53 Grade

2.

All materials except shown in schedule-A req. for the work shall be provided by
contractor

3.

Cement to be brought and used by contractor shall be of following companies

Supply of steel to be brought and user by contractor, TMT steel bars Fe 415 shall
be used for RCC works confirming to IS 2502.

4.

The Contractor shall arrange lifting & carting of materials from departmental store
to the site of work, which includes loading, unloading & proper stacking of
materials.

5.

Any materials required for item other than labour charges item in schedule-B and
materials not included in schedule-A but available with department will be issued
on request of the contractor at department issue rate/market rate which ever is
more.

6.

Water and electricity required for the construction and execution of works will be
arranged by the contractor at his own cost. If water/power is available with the
department and if the same can be spared to the Agency for construction,
Agency has to collect Raw Water from Existing Distribution Box and the
Department shall charges Rs. 2.00 per 1000 liters for the water supplied to the
Agency and Rs. 6.00 per Unit of power supplied to the Agency. This shall be
entirely to the discretion of the Board but not binding on the Board.
