We are pleased to present you with a proposal for cleaning services.

Project Understanding
We understand that Healing Life Clinic is seeking an experienced medical cleaning service.
Using the lessons learned after 10 years of manufacturing eco-friendly cleaning supplies and 3
years of offering high-end cleaning services, we will ensure your clinic is kept up to standard
with current health codes, properly sanitized, and cleaned regularly every night between 9 pm
and 1 am. We have worked with Open Hearts Clinic and St. Marys Hospital to keep both
medical facilities clean to health code standards.

Services and Products

Our service will include:

Daily cleaning Emptying trash cans, vacuuming with HEPA filter vacuums, dusting,
and mopping using our Tea Tree and Lavender Specialty Cleaner.
Detailed cleaning Polishing door handles, wiping down doors, and window washing.
Specialty cleaning Essential oil diffusers maintained in each hallway and quarterly
deep cleaning the entire building.

Our products are made locally in small batches, allowing us to perfect an effective process for
creating eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning supplies. We offer a wide range of environmentally
friendly cleaning solutions, including our Tea Tree and Lavender Specialty Floor Cleaner,
Oregano Floor Cleaner, and an All-Purpose Lemon Cleaner. All of our products are non-toxic,
non-corrosive, and biodegradable.
We would additionally like to create a signature scent for all of the essential oil diffusers that will
be installed in your clinic. Because your clinic should feel inviting and non-threatening to your
patients, we would recommend a soft scent, such as vanilla or lavender.

Schedule
Our custodial cleaners, Jane Smith and John Doe, will regularly clean your clinic every night
from 9 pm to 1 am. They will daily clean and detail clean your clinic each night, and will
quarterly deep clean all areas of your clinic.

Pricing
Our pricing varies depending on the size of the office or clinic. Medical health care facilities are
typically billed at an hourly rate rather than per square foot. However, we generally charge 5 to
10 cents per square foot or $2000-$4000 per month for basic nightly janitorial services. For
quarterly deep cleaning, an extra $500 will be charged for supplies and added labor.
