Health, Wealth, and Happiness: We all want to enjoy these in our lives. It seems that
only a lucky few get to enjoy these pleasures. Well, youre about to join the lucky
few and learn some simple techniques to help you get what you want from life.

Reaction time begins in the mind.

We cant react to what we cant see until after we've trained our nervous
systems to do so by seeing it first.

Alot of our reflexes are on automatic pilot. With conscious effort, we can hijack
these automatic responses and reprogram ourselves to respond quicker and
better.

Improved reaction time can be used in all areas of life, and I've found that two
of the most practical areas are sales and self defense.

Deep Relaxed Mental Practice (DRMP) is a term that I've coined that refers
to the process of mentally practice a specific skill or set of skills at a deeply
relaxed state of mind and body.

I've used this process myself for decades now to improve my physical and
mental performance. For instance, ive used deep relaxed mental practice to
increase my deadlift and improve my communication skills and socializing
ability.

How do I know all this Stuff??!?!

Thats a good question and heres my answer: Ive been practicing self
hypnosis, meditation, chi kung and other energy work for the last 15 years. My
first taste with this modality of peak performance came when I was 15 years
old. I was sitting in the barber shop waiting to get my hairs cut (I had one of
those Kid n Play hairdos, albeit a slight bit crooked because of my half curly,
half straight hair. As I sat there waiting for my turn to go next, I looked for a
magazine to read through to kill the time. I happened to grab a magazine that
was geared toward yoga practitioners. I had never heard of yoga, but I was

intrigued by the article I was looking at: there was a woman sitting cross
legged, with her hands out in front of her stomach, cupped like she was holding
a ball. For a second, I actually peed my pants a little as I thought:

animes?!?!?!

I memorized the articles instructions and rushed home after my haircut to try it
out. Although I didnt learn how to through fireballs, I did learn how to sense my
own energy. I could feel a blazing warmth between my hands, accompanied by
a powerful magnetic pull. I had no idea what to make of it, but my interest in all
things subtle was awakened. Ive been hooked ever since.

The secret actors use to captivate their audience

Jamie Foxx, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Lawrence: these are all actors and
actresses that have managed to seize the attention of everyone watching their
movies and lead them gracefully and willingly into states of joy, terror, and
sadness and bring us out again totally unharmed. How are they able to do
this? They know a secret that you now know:

to learn shortly, you will be able to access those powerful states of being that
will allow you to dominate your field, if you want to.

How it works

DRMP works by allowing you to experience something on the mental level


before you experience on the physical level of being. Its a major aspect of the
laws of attraction. For the purposes of this report however, Ill only be talking
about DRMP in the context of physical and mental performance enhancement.
With DRMP, you can even practice states of emotion and bring them back into
the waking world with so that you can influence people in anyway you want.
Would it be awesome to know how to completely captivate your customers and
mesmerize that special someone thats been just out of your reach?

How to make it work for you

While we can practice DRMP at an alert state of mind, the best way to do is to
practice at a deep relaxed level of mind!

The reason why practicing at this level of mind is 1000xs more effective is
because its only from this level of being that you can catch the attention of your

subconscious mind and direct it.

Whats more is that while physical practice is crucial to mastery of any skill...

Here's why: at a deep relaxed state of mind, your works 100x better than it
does at the beta, or alert and awake, state of mind.

At the deeply relaxed state of being, you can visualize more clearly and you
can process more information quickly. A big reason for this boost in brainpower
is the fact that you can directly communicate with your subconscious mind,
your storehouse of your beliefs, skills, hope, dreams, and memories. Its
impossible to achieve this communication until after you've had special training.

What's more is that your subconscious mind picks up 1000x more than your
conscious mind. Whatever you can't consciously remember at bets level, you

can access quite easily at the alpha level of mind.

This is why practicing DRMP is a powerful aid to helping you increase your
mental and physical performance.

With the correct training, you can:

Play sports better


Run faster
Hit harder
React quicker
Remember more
Communicate your thoughts and ideas more effectively

Muhammed Ali said that he would mentally practice his fights before he ever
stepped in the ring. I remember seeing an interview where he actually

"predicted" the outcome of one his fights.

It's obvious that the "other guy" didn't.

Thomas Edison trained himself to access the relaxed state by holding an iron ball in
his right hand and allowing himself to drift to that state between sleep and
wakefullness. When he was working on a specific project, he would use this process
to come up with new ideas.

The process for Deep Relaxed Mental Practice

In order to begin practicing DRMP, begin in the following way:

1. Set a clear intention to practice a specific skill i.e., read faster, stand taller, breathe
deeper etc. Hold this intention in your mind for a few seconds.
Next, begin deep breathing with the Balance Breath in the following manner: inhale
for 5 seconds, hold the breath in for 5 seconds, exhale to a count of 5, then hold your
lungs empty for 5 seconds. Repeat that breathing pattern 5 more times.

2. Find a comfortable chair to recline in to begin. When youre first learning to access
you subconscious mind, its best to do so in a reclining position (semi upright). 90% of
all beginners fall asleep when they lie flat for this simple reason: our bodies are
programmed to fall asleep in this position because thats how we sleep!! Its called a
conditioned response in Pavlovian Psychology.

3. Sitting in the reclined position with your eyes closed, feet flat on the ground and
hands flat on your thighs, begin a simple physical body relaxation procedure:

Relax the following muscles in the following order by imagining a stream of warm
water flowing into each one:

Scalp, eyes, ears, throat, shoulders, pecs, abs, arms, quads, hamstrings, front calves,
back calves, tops of your feet, finally the bottoms of your feet.

4. Once youre relaxed physically, mentally relax your mind by recalling a pleasant
memory. Bring that memory back in all its glory, really relive it fully. Do this for a few
seconds.

5. Now you can begin mentally practicing your desired skill in your mind. If its a
physical skill, focus in the important physical aspect of that skill and practice in your

mind several times.

6. When youre done practicing your skill aspect, begin bringing yourself back up to
the alert level of mind by using the following process:

Give yourself the following suggestion:


Im going to count from 1 to 5 to bring myself back to an alert state of mind. When I
open my eyes, Ill feel refreshed, alert and energized.

7. Begin the slow count back up to 5. When you reach the count of 5, open your eyes,
stretch out and go about your business.

Using the method to improve your life

So you want to improve your conversation skills so you can communicate better and
earn more money? Heres how to use DRMP to do that:

1. Relax mentally and physically as described earlier.


2. When you reach your deep relaxed level of mind, focus on the particular aspect

of your communication skillset that you want to improve. For instance, if you
have trouble pronouncing a certain word, practice pronouncing this word
several times in your mind.
3. When you feel that youve practiced enough, bring yourself back to the alert

state of mind.
4. Repeat the DRMP as many times as it takes to improve the condition.

How to increase your speed and agility with the power of your mind!

So heres what youve been waiting for, FINALLY!! In order to use DRMP to increase
your speed and agility, use the following procedure:

1. Relax mentally and physically as described earlier.


2. When you reach that relaxed state of functioning, do the following:
3. Think about the specific context in which you want to react faster. For instance,

if youre a comedian and you want to beat hecklers to the punch, focus on that
context. If you want to react quicker to certain strike from a martial arts
opponent, focus on the specific strike. If you want to react powerfully and
compellingly to the objections of your customers, focus on the specific
objection. Lets use the example of the strike. Lets say that you want respond
to a right elbow aimed at your head from a martial arts opponent. Heres what
you do:

4. At your relaxed state of mind, you imagine yourself in the ring with your

opponent. Now, imagine your opponent launching the right elbow aimed at you
left temple only youre going to SLOW DOWN HIS/HER MOVEMENTS to a 10 th
of their natural speed, so that they look like their moving through molasses.
Meanwhile, you retain your normal speed. While youre in the imaginary
situation, launch the counter attacks that you want to counterattack with. Of
course, it should be movement that you are physically conditioned to execute.

5. As that elbow comes slowly at your left temple, unleash your counterattack.

Keep resetting the mental video and unleashing your attack until you feel like
youve got it.

6. Pick another attack that you want to respond to quickly and practice your

counterattacks using the DRMP Movie Technique you just used to practice
your high right elbow defense.

7. When youre done, bring yourself back to an alert state of mind and go about

your day. Follow your mental practice up with physical practice.

What youll notice

What you did by using the DRMP Movie Technique to practice your counterattacks
was this: you gave you subconscious mind instructions to respond to the attack before

its even been launched!! Youll notice that as you step into the ring and are defending
yourself from your opponent, you will AUTOMATICALLY move to counterattack the
move youve mentally trained against. To your opponent, it will appear as though

You Can Read Their Mind!!!

To a degree, you ARE READING THEIR MIND. More specifically, youre becoming
aware of their micro muscle movements and picking up on the body language cues
they express when they perform a certain action.

That skill however, is the topic of an forthcoming book;)

Using DRMP to develop a Magnetic Personality

Believe me or not, developing a captivating and mesmeric personality is as simple as


practicing being mesmeric and captivating at the deep relaxed level of mind. Heres a
simple process that will help you develop a magnetic personality in as little as 5-10
minutes a day. Within 30 days of daily practice, you will become more magnetic and
captivating. Heres how we start:

1. Relax your body and mind using the technique given earlier.
2. When you reach that relaxed state, bring to mind a situation that you want to be

more captivating and commanding in. For instance, you may want to project
confidence and aggressiveness in your workplace. Next, place your hands over
your solar plexus, the seat of your willpower. Youre going to keep your hands
there for the duration of this mental practice session.
3. Once you have the desired context in your mind, imagine yourself to be

extremely tall and wide. Imagine that you completely expand out and cover
everyone and everything in the desired context.
4. Once youve gotten the hang of expanding yourself, imagine yourself radiating

red electricity. This red powerful energy crackles from every part of you,
radiating from your eyes, your fingertips, your toes, your torso, everywhere.
Hold that imagery for as long as you can before you get bored.

5. Once youve created the red electricity, send it out into that environment. See it

reaching out and electrifying everyone in the environment. Hold this imagery for
as long as comfortable. Link the expansion of your red electric energy to your
breathing: exhale when you want to project it out to saturate the environment
and inhale when you want to gather it.
6. Once youve done the expansion, generation and saturation of your energy into

the context, give yourself the following post-hypnotic suggestion:


Whenever I place my hands on my solar plexus, I automatically expand my presence
and energy into my environment. Repeat this suggestion to yourself until you feel
that your subconscious mind gets the message.

7. Once youve set you anchor, begin bringing yourself back to the waking state

with the aforementioned process.

Practice this Power Rehearsal at the deep relaxed level of mind daily until becomes
automatic for you to radiate your inner power to the world around you. This is
excellent to perform before a date with that special someone

Using DMRP to achieve near limitless energy and vitality

Like wealth and happiness, health begins in the mind. FYI, just the simple act of
practice the Balance Breath (5-5-5-5) pattern will increase your vitality amazingly, but
were not satisfied with a small bump in our energy we want to be on top of the
world!! Heres how to do it:
1. Bring yourself down to your relaxed mind and body state using the technique

described earlier.
2. Once youre down in that deep relaxed state, recall a time when you felt

extremely happy and content. Hold that memory in mind for a few seconds.
This will help you attain mental relaxation.
3. Placing your hands on your heart center, youre going to do the following

visualization:
Imagine that you are breathing in warm, golden light with each inhalation. On
the exhale, youre going to imagine this energy flowing to the following places
in the following order. Youre going to charge each location with 3-5 breaths of
Golden Life Force:

Feet
Calves
Quads
Hamstrings
Genital area
Torso region
Arms
Eyes
Scalp

4. Once each of these areas feels charged, give yourself the following post-

hypnotic suggestion before bringing yourself back to the waking state of being:
Im going to carefully use my energy, I conserve my energy until I absolutely
need it
