Our companys business is based on the selling of furniture products.
We made furniture from the scraped parts of automobile, motorcycles,
bicycle etc. We use of all the parts from these stuff to make innovative and
different designs of furniture.

Initially the financing requirement is Rs.150,000 to develop basic

infrastructure. We will raise this amount from our own saving.
Executive Summary
Our Company business is based on sale on furniture. We have
competitive advantage because we will use the scraped automobiles to
make furniture of new and different design. The business seems more
profitable because we are introducing a new range of furniture in Pakistan.
Our company will operate business 6 days in a week. The telephone
will remain open all the week for the convenience of customers.
The main motive for the success of our business is the innovation and
creativity to attract the new customer and retain the existing customers. Our
business of making and selling of new form of furniture products will provide
an advantage over competitors. So our company will hire skilled worker and
designer to make the furniture more attractive and durable.
We will advertise through brochures and face book page. We will start
advertising from Islamabad.
Our company will also offer discount and different offers on national
and religion events and also on special circumstances.

Description of business
Our companys business is selling of furniture products. The innovative
part of our business is that we made furniture from parts of automobile. The
unique operation of our business that we use scraped parts of automobile to
make innovative furniture.

Some of our products we will introduce at the time of opening are as follows:

A bed will be made from whole car and especially from the front of car.
The interior of the car will be removed and instead a mattress will be
fixed to make it a single bed or a double bed. This can be modified for
kids as well as adults.

A table will be made from the bonnets of the car. The four pistons will
be used as the stands for the base of the table. Glass or wooden slab
will be used as the table top.

2 seated sofa will be made from back and the front of the car. It will
make in such a way that it would be attractive and can be used in any
home.

Chairs will be made from wheels and tyres of cars, motorbikes and
bicycles. These chair can use in houses as well as in offices.

Decoration pieces and lightning lamps will be made from different

parts of cars and motor bikes i.e. headlights, rods etc

2. Size of Business
Initially, well start with an outlet in Islamabad only. And later on we
expand our business by opening more branches in other cities and also in
other countries of Asia. As we know that our products are of unique nature so
we are hoping that our products will attract customers easily all over the
Asia.

1. Purchase of Raw Materials

Our main raw material is auto mobile scraps and we will gather these
scraps form rawalpindi. In Rawalpindi we will collect scraps in Chah Sultan,
Rawalpindi Baoh Muhalla, Rawalpindi. We collect scraps from suppliers at low
rates as much as possible to reduce the cost.

2. Purchase of Semi-finished Goods

We also purchase semi-finished goods like aluminum and steel, glass,
wood, nut bolts, foam, leather, rexine and other equipments and tools which
are used in manufacturing process of furniture making.
3. Human Resources
Human resources are also required in management, manufacturing,
marketing, distribution, advertisement and in other activities for controlling
the companys operations. The main human resources are as follows:

MARKETING PLAN
With the passage of time, after conducting surveys in Islamabad that
include interviews, questionnaires etc we develop following market plan.
1. Pricing
As our every product in unique and different so the price of each
product is different. However initially we will charge lower price to cover cost
and generate minimal profit to attract customers. So the price of each
product is according to its specification and also beauty.
Car beds prices range from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 90,000
Sofa prices range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000
Tables and chairs prices range from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 45,000
Decoration items prices range from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000

2. Distribution Channel
Our product distribution will be done via our office which is located in
Blue Area. At the start our distribution channel will be our office in Blue Area
and later on we will also open our companys branches in other areas and

also in other cities with the passage of time yet we will take advance money
from customer round about 50% of total price.
3. Promotion and Advertisements
We will do our products promotion through number of ways. We will
firstly promote our products via both broachers and facebook page.
Later on we will promote our products by offering different offers like
15% discount, bundle offer etc.
After the customers are aware of our products we will also get online
orders to facilitate the customers and enhance the companys business.

We are starting our business with initial financing of Rs 150,000. Fixed
cost is Rs 92,000 and saving is Rs, 58,000.
