Telepathy is the purported transmission of information from one

person to another without using any of our known sensory channels
or physical interaction.
Telepathy came from the Greek Word Tele which means distance
and Pathy means feeling.
Telepaths or Mind Readers the power to mentally receive or
transmit information.
*Within the field of parapsychology, it is often similarly to
precognition and clairvoyance.*
Similar to telekinesis Telepathy is an umbrella term for any
ability that involves projecting, reading and manipulating
thoughts.

Basic Level

Mind Reading: The ability to read/sense the thought of

others.

Psychic Communication: The ability to open up secret

conversations and relay covert information.

languages telepathically.

Limitations

Does not work on mindless beings (corpses, animated objects,

robots, etc.).

May be limited to a certain range to work, including touch

only.

May be limited to certain number of targets at a time.

May be constantly active and have to constantly hear

thoughts.

Since the user constantly hears thoughts, this power

becomes ineffective in large crowds.

May not be able to read impulsive actions.

Users of Psychic Shield are either immune or highly

resistant.

May get overwhelmed by too many thoughts.

Unless one is multilingual or has the automatic ability to

translate and decrypt, ability may not work if the target is
thinking in alternate languages or encrypted codes.

The more intense the thought, the louder it sounds to the

user.

Telepathy is about communicating mind-to-mind, getting someone to

feel or think or 'hear' something from far away, without the use
of sounds or symbols or anything else but bare thought. There are
several types of telepathic activity :
1. telepathic impression (planting a message, image, or word
into someone else's mind),
2. mind reading (copying or sensing, but not interfering with,
what's going on in someone else's mind),
3. mental communication (a wireless phone of the mind, but
without the bills),
4. mind control (actually commanding or compelling the
thoughts, and thus the actions, of another person through
telepathy).
