A RESOLUTION FOR COLLECTING FEES FROM EACH TEAM FOR CBAA DAYS 2014
BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL
WHEREAS, the CBASC and ASC plan and will be organizing the CBAA Days where we will collect fees for
quotas from each team that will participate on inter-level games.
WHEREAS, the objectives for the said CBAA Days are to uphold holistic development of the students of the
College of Business Administration and Accountancy, promoting leadership and solidarity among the students,
faculty and administrators of the College, to fully understand the forthcoming ASEAN Integration 2015, to develop
culture appreciation of the different countries in ASEAN, to provide a venue to showcase the diverse talents of the
CBAA students and to generate income from the proceeds of the ticket sales.
WHEREAS, a fee of P500.00 will be collected from each of the team that will participate on inter-level games,
which will serve as their quotas.
WHEREAS, Ms. Jeranie T. Jimenez and Ms. Shiela Marie D. Asuncion will collect the payment of P500 assisted by
the ASC and CBASC officers two weeks before the event.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a fee of P500 will be collected
from each playing team.
WHEREAS, the Inter-level Games is one of the activities involved in the CBAA Days 2014.
WHEREAS, the fees collected will be used as a source for expenses for the said event.
WHEREAS, the earnings will be collected by Ms. Marilex Grace D. Elano three before the event.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be approved and implemented.
APPROVED by this College of Business Administration Students Council Officers and ASC officers on this 13 th
Day of November 2014 at the College of Business Administration and Accountancy office, University of Perpetual
Help System DALTA, Las Pias City.
