As of today neither Governor Scott, the Office of the Governor, nor the Notary Section, have
acknowledged my request for disability accommodation made June 29, 2016. Therefore I take
your failure to respond as a denial of disability accommodation. I will proceed on that basis.

and the Notary Section letter of Chase Landrum to Timothy Stevens April 21, 2015.
It does not appear that Governor Scott and the Notary Section handled my complaints properly,
based on the Notary Section letter of Chase Landrum to Timothy Stevens April 21, 2015, and the
failure to provide me a copy of the letter of caution sent to Notary Public Meagan Thurston, and
the failure to provide me a copy of letter of caution sent to Notary Public Edith Grant.
