Senior HR Business Partners (generalists)


The Senior HR Business Partners report directly to the HR Director of K&H Bank Group.
Their responsibility is to provide a full range of HR partnership to the Business Unit with
500-700 employees. They are key partners in organization development and change,
consultative and decision making partners in organization and people related decisions. They
fulfil their role throughout effective management of HR systems in close cooperation with HR
specialists.

Main responsibilities
Strategic HR management
• Contribution to the development and implementation of the bank’s human resources
strategy,
• Contribution to preparing yearly HR plan
HR Business partnership
• Identification and evaluation of success factors and HR consequences of business unit
plans,
• Design and implementation of HR plans and actions in line with the business unit
priorities,
• Identification, development, career management and retention of key high performers and
future potential
• Partnership in performance development processes and actions
Organization development
• Active role in determining organization needs and headcount plans
• Act as change agent to catalyze transitions and organization changes
• Consultation on job structure/design and influence qualitative job assessments and
evaluation
• Identification of development and training needs in close cooperation with training and
development specialists
HR development (systems, policies, procedures)
• Contribution to development and operation of human resources systems
• Contribution to development of HR policies
Recruitment and selection
• Provide best people to the business through best fit selection processes
• Design and implement orientation programs
Compensation and benefits, HR administration, HR statistics and KPI’s
• Lead salary-related processes
• Consultation with management in actual decisions on allocation of half-year and full year
reward pools
• Manage HR administration
• Monitoring HR statistics and KPI’s for the respective organization units

Requirements:
• university degree
• more than 5 years relevant experience in different areas of HRM, or
• more than 5 years experience in a higher level management function with sound direct
people management tasks
• fluent English
• working knowledge of employment legislation
• good professional and employer references
