Good Morning !!!

Once you receive an Invitation to Apply from Canadian Embassy, youll have sixty
days to submit a complete electronic application along with a range of supporting
document. These documents include those pertaining to your civil status such as
marriage certificates (if applicable), birth certificates, language test results, an
Educational Credential Assessment (ECA; if applicable), work reference letters,
security background checks, and other documents. Because of this limited time
period, we encourage our Clients to begin collecting these documents and ensure
they are in good order before an invitation to apply for Canadian permanent
residence is issued. If a candidate misses the 60-day deadline, the invitation to
apply for permanent residence that was issued will no longer be valid and you
would have to re-enter the Express Entry pool.

The following documents would be required on receipt of an ITA from the Embassy.

1.
Certified Copies of Passport (1st and last page) for Principal Applicant and
Spouse and dependent child (If applicable)
2.

Original IELTS test report for Principal Applicant and Spouse (if applicable)

3.
Certified Copies of Letters of reference from all your employers in the past
years

**These letters should be

Written on the Company Letterhead

Signed by the responsible supervisor / officer

Should show companys full address, telephone and fax numbers, email and
website address

Stamped with the companys official seal (if applicable)

State the specific period of your employment with the company

Positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you
have spent in each position

Main duties and responsibilities in each position

Your total annual salary plus benefits in each position

The number of hours worked per week in each position

Certified copies of last three months Salary Slips from each company

Certified copies of any Work Contracts that you have availed (If Applicable)

6.

Certified copies of your 10th and 10+2 degree and mark sheets

Certified copies of Bachelors certificates and mark sheets (Please provide
certified copies of transcripts, if available)

One Original ECA report issued by the WES

9.
Proof of Relationship in Canada (If Applicable). **In case you or your Spouse
have a relative in Canada, kindly get in touch with your Immigration specialist to
advise you on the requirements from them.
10. Proof of Funds For 2 persons the funds required are CAD 15,000 =
Approximately 8,50,000 INR.

Copy of Bank Statements showing evidence of savings balance (With Bank


Managers Signature and Bank Seal) not more than 1 month old from the date of
Visa Application

Copy of Current Bank Certification Letter (With Bank Managers Signature and
Bank Seal) not more than 1 month old from the date of Visa Application

Copy of Fixed or Term deposit statements (With Bank Managers Signature


and Bank Seal)
11. Certified Copies of Birth Certificates for Both Principal Applicant and Spouse.
12. Certified Copies of Marriage Certificate

13. Original Police Clearance Certificate for Principal Applicant and Spouse (Not
more than 3 months old from the date of Visa Application)- Refer attachment for
more info
14. Six (06) photos for Principal Applicant and Spouse (Not more than 6 months
old from the date of Visa Application)

On the back of five (5) photographs, write the name, date of birth and the
date of the photo taken of the person appearing on the photo. Leave the 6 th
Photograph blank.

Attached document (Appendix A) will give you the photo specifications for
Canada Visa.
15. Two Self Addressed Mailing Labels / Envelopes (One in English and One in
Official Language of your Country of Residence - Hindi)

Notes:
Documentation submitted with your application will not be returned
You must keep a copy of the completed forms and all documents before sending
them to the CIO
If a Police Clearance Certificate is not in English or French, submit both the
certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited
translator
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

* You can get your papers translated from a Notary. Also have each of the
documents notarized / attested by him with a Rs. 20 Notary stamp
*Translations by Family Members are not acceptable

Please note that the list of required documents is subject to change and is
not under the control of your immigration specialist. The CIC may require
the applicant to produce additional documents at any given stage of the
Visa Application.
