JOB LEARNING AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Coordinate with FEDC for Weld mapping of piping Isometric Drawings, preparation of piping BOQ,
BOM and Surface area calculation for Sand Blasting/Painting.
To define Test Packages Limit and develop Test Packages for UG/AG and vendor scope
incompliance with client FEDC requirement.
Control and Follow-up the test packages rotation/movement and interface between subcontractor, contractor and client as per issued punch list, and cleared opened punch list items.
To verify subcontractor invoices and forward it to Account section. For Example, Piping, Erection
of steel structure, Pipe Supports and Pumps Erection etc.
To generate extra Work Time sheets against modification jobs which are out of scope of contract
and for any type of Supply of Manpower and Equipment. Also update Extra work claims Ledger.
To Raise Technical Queries and update TQ ledger.
Established Monthly Follow-up Reports on Projects progress.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status
meetings with all the sub-teams.
Coordinating in Technical Issues between Projects team and Design team.
Supervising & coordinating with workforce in executing job to completion on time as per work
plan & with safety precautions/procedures.
Planning/organizing and checking of work progress & schedules to meet the deadlines/target
dates & implementing project plans.
Took part in the fabrication and erection of steel structure, pipelines and different equipment.

Blinding and De-Blinding of acid (HCL, Sulphuric Acid) and water pipe lines at WTP area as per
requirement.
Nozzle opening, installation and tightening inside all above mentioned vessels.
To remove damaged Bellows and Valves and their replacement at Cooling Tower Area.
To ensure that all the works are being done according to work permit and without the violation of
HSE Policy.

1. Heavy Industries (HIT), Taxila

June2013 - August2013

Worked at Heavy Rebuild Factory (HRF-M), Completed a project on Design and Fabrication
of Mechanical Screw-jack during Internship. Designing was completed by using Pro-E
software and Fabrication was carried out in machine shop by using Lathe & Drilling machines.
Currently, the apparatus is being used by HIT, Taxila in lifting very small loads.
2. DG Khan Cement Company, Chakwal

June2011-July2011

Worked at DG Khan Cement Company (Chakwal Site), Acquired brief knowledge about Cement-making
process, Monitored complete progress of one month at Packing plant.

Pakistans Coal Reserves, A source for Electricity Production, Technical and Economic Aspects.
Key activities of Project:
Case Study on Coal Reserves located in Pakistan Coal fields and its Types.
