Student Assessment/Reflection Worksheet:

These sheets would be presented photocopied back to back at the end of the
Jeopardy Game or broken into separate lessons:
*Note

1) The Teacher might wish to spend more time on the process and monitoring phase so they might
use the assessment, You Did it, right after the Jeopardy Game and the Student Assessment
Rubric in another lesson where they could have students highlight rubric and use it to then refine
their mind webs.
2) The student Assessment/Reflection and game can be easily manipulated to use throughout the
novel study to check for understanding of text and to provide extra practise on Self-Regulation
ex) after sections chpt.s 1-5, 5-10, 10-15 etc. or mid-point through unit and again at the end.
