ABSTRACT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh PER,

PBV, ROA dan DER terhadap Harga Saham.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2014, sedangkan sampelnya adalah
perusahaan manufaktur sebanyak 140 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan
adalah data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah
dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif,
verifikatif, regresi linear ganda dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil dari uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukan bahwa ROA tidak
berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, dan PER,PBV dan DER berpengaruh
terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan hasil secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa
PER, PBV, ROA dan DER berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.

ABSTRAK
This study aims to determine whether there is influence PER, PBV, ROA
and DER on stock price.
The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014, while the sample is a manufacturing
company of 140 companies. The data used is secondary data. Data collection
method used is documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive
analysis, verification, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.
The results of partial hypothesis test showed that ROA does not affect the
stock price, and PER, PBV and DER effect on stock price. While the results show
that the simultaneous PER, PBV, ROA and DER effect on stock price.
