I Implements an optimum functional organization aligned to the specific needs of the business
activity and the Document Management responsibilities.
I Ensure that a standard EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) with procedures is
maintained, that has the flexibility to be easily adopted to specific projects requirements
I Ensures effective deployment and use of the approved suite of systems and tools, ensuring
successful implementation to aid efficiency and effectiveness
I Ensures that Document Control Plans and Project Assistant Service Guides for projects are in
place at project start and that they assure meeting ultimate requirements for handover at
project completion
I Develops the Document Management budget and ensures compliance
I Ensures competent and capable Document Management personnel our furnished to our
internal and external Customers
I Prepare a departmental planning, arranges training, establishes and maintains departmental
tools and secures departmental historical data and other tasks that are necessary to maintain
an effective and efficient organization in support of projects
I Conducting new employ selection, Orientation and Training
I Executes annual Performance appraisals for both staff employees and agency personnel
I Co -ordinate documentation of Multiple Office operating projects around the world
I Attend Management meetings and other management Discussions.
I Establishes performance expectations, conducts periodic reviews and provides feedback as
needed to ensure Excellent performance and process to establish goals and monitor
performance
