Job Description
Role Description:
The SAP Operations Leader will lead the SAP delivery organization and work with
Genpacts Enterprise Solutions practice and solutions group to deliver on organiz
ational objectives of revenue and margin growth, high customer satisfaction and
maturing the competency.
Responsibilities:
Head the SAP Operations
Manage the P & L and ensure margins in line with the company expectations withou
t compromising quality and growth
People and SAP Competency Management including SAP expertise, Program and Projec
t Management, Service Delivery management and front end consulting skills
Responsible for revenue, EBIT, NPS, Quality, Attrition
Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver against client revenue and adequate
manage capacity for growth
Strong delivery expertise and accountability of ensuring on time, on budget deli
very which would lead to client reference ability
Support sales and solutions resources in building high class client responses
To work closely with the Business Development Team to close engagements, execute
deals and deliveries and lead from the front where required
Strategize on market positioning across SAP products using Genpacts process dept
h and customer focus
Collaborate effectively with other key Genpact stakeholders within the organizat
ion (Verticals, Support functions, Competency, Technology and consulting teams)
Mature the team to become thought leaders for the subject matter domain both wit
hin Genpact and with target customers
Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions to Leadership team executives
and stakeholders, building up the reputation of being a trusted advisor for the
clients.
Provide subject matter expertise across technology/functions to drive implementa
tion of technology strategy and roadmap direction.
Desired Profile
We are looking for experienced professionals with the mentioned below skillset:
15+ years of industry experience (10+ in IT organizations).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing a SAP Unit in an IT organiza
tion, supervising teams and delivery. Should have managed sizeable IT unit opera
tions.
Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Hands on delivery experience is a must having managed complex SAP engagements (I
mplementations, Rollouts, Upgrades, AMS, Consulting)
Should be good with one or two modules of SAP and should have good understanding
of suite of SAP products. (Preferably Finance)
Ability to front end with customers. Needs to have experience in providing solut
ions for complex business situations and exposure to Consulting Role
Deep Contract Management and Vendor Management with IT industry domain expertise
