Parents may kindly note that we have decided to keep online submission form open for
Pre- Nursery, Doddakallasandra only for one day (Friday - September 2nd, 2016) from 10
am onwards. Registrations will close after the required number of applications.
In order to help parents, we are allowing parents to register on pupilpod.kumarans.org
(www.kumarans.org > Click on the link Click here to apply online) between August 29th
2016 and September 1st 2016. Fill in all the details and save the application forms.
However, please submit the forms without fail on Friday, September 2nd 2016.
Steps to register

Log on to www.kumarans.org. Click on Admissions 2017

Click on the link Click here to apply online
Register on pupil pod with a valid email address and password.
Fill in all the details needed and SUBMIT.
A link to activate the pupil pod account will be sent to the email id used for
registration.
Click on the link to activate.
Log on to pupilpod.kumarans.org. Key in the username and password.
Select the application form, fill in all the details and save the form.
On September 2nd 2016 at 10 am, please submit the saved application forms.
Parents may kindly note that only submitted application forms will be accepted.

Following applications will be rejected immediately.

Saved but not submitted applications
Incomplete applications.
Applications of students whose date of birth is before 1st September 2013 and
after 31st August 2014.
Discrepancy between the date of birth entered and the actual date of birth in the
birth certificate.

LKG & UKG and II Second Round of PREKG Admissions 2016 2017
Dates will be announced in the second week of December 2016 if we have seats.

Applications will be available online only. Parents can apply either to TSF or DKS branch only.
Any application form found in both the schools will be disqualified.

No list will be put up in the school and no queries regarding selection of candidates will be
answered on phone. The school will not accept representations of any kind from the parents
and the decision of the Management is final in this regard.

Parents may kindly note that the school does not collect any donations or voluntary
contributions of any kind before, during or after the admission process. If any other person
collects in the name of the school, the management is not responsible for the same.

Our Nursery schools are located at Tata Silk Farm & Doddakalasandra, Bangalore.

1. Please note that mere registration of application does not guarantee admission.
2. Selection of children at PRE-KG would depend on the availability of seats for the campus and
syllabus chosen for Class I.

We have linked the number of applications that we can accept at PREKG on the availability of
seats for campus and syllabi chosen at Class I. Thus once we reach the maximum number of
applications, we will not be able to accept any more applications. The submit button will not
work and once you do press on the submit button, there will be a pop up message stating that
We have received maximum number of applications.

Parents may kindly note that the saved applications will be much higher than the applications
that we can accept.

Even if the child is selected for PREKG, the final selection of syllabus for class 1 will depend upon
the performance of the child. The decision of the Management is final on this regard.

We would like to inform the parents that an email id is given to help parents when they save
applications. However parents may kindly note that no emails from parents will be answered at
the time of submission.

Parents may kindly understand that as a school it is impossible for us to help each parent who
has applied for their child. We have a fixed number of seats each year and cannot go beyond
that number. The Director or the Principals will not be able to meet parents who are unable to
submit the applications and expect us to accept hard copies of the application forms. Please
note that we will not accept any hard copies of applications that parents have not been able to
submit.

8. We would like to inform the parents that applications from Rajarajeshwari Nagar,
Banashankari, Girinagar, Hanumanthanagar, Padmanabhanagar, Shankarapuram, BTM Layout
and N R Colony will not be accepted for Nursery @ Doddakallasandra.
