Applicants are advised to read through application form before completing it. The application
period is scheduled to start in January each year. The deadline for application is 30th June
each year.
The following document must be submitted together with the application form:

A non-refundable application fee of USD30.00 payable to Bendahari


Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the form of Bank Draft .
Certified true copy of all academic records. Academic records in language
other than English must be accompanied with the approved translation.
Certified true copy of TOEFL/IELTS result.
2 copies of passport, all pages including blank pages.
4 passport size photograph
1 set of completed Student Pass Application Form
1 set of completed IM. 14 Pin. 1/97 Form
1 set of completed Personal Particulars Form (BTK 100) For students from
Republic of China only.
