Food: You may have dry food and water in my classroom. This is not to disrupt the class. Be courteous.

Blended Instruction: We will be having a blended learning environment. You will be encouraged to bring your own device on these days. Before using your device, ask if it is
permitted. There will be times (specifically during direct instruction, conversation and presentations) where the use of your device will not be permitted. The use of apps and
translators of any kind that produce work that was not specifically learned in class is strictly forbidden.

Tardies: You will receive one free tardy, as long as it is not more than two minutes late. After your third tardy, your privilege points are revoked. Subsequent tardies will
result in spending time after class.
Disturbing others academic environment: If you are a deterrent for other students learning opportunities your behavior will be addressed. I am here as an advocate for ALL
of my students.

Videos: We will be recording videos of your presentations in class. We will view these in class as learning opportunities.

Bienvenue la classe de franais! All the notes and videos used for instruction in this class will be available on Canvas, and online learning management system. All of your
assignments will also be available on Canvas, either as a PDF or as an online activity. Therefore, you will have access to your French class 24/7! You will need the following for
class:
Binder: You will need a 1-inch binder dedicated to French. It should be divided into four sections: La grammaire, la vocabulaire, Bellringer, Les Devoirs. I will be checking
this periodically throughout the trimester.

*A

language is much like

mathematics; it builds upon each
concept learned. (Think

to take the subsequent section in
the language if you receive below a
70% in the current section.

Evaluation: Please see Unitah School District Policy.
