This is a contract to promise myself to be a great Moore Student to achieve

academically and to be amazing at whatever I do, my grades would be a


reflection of my effort and achievements during and after class. I would not
settle for less than an outstanding grade from all my classes. I would be
respectful to myself, to others and follow proper directions.

Procedures and Expectations for Inappropriate Behaviors


We enthusiastically embrace our responsibility as your teacher, and we ask that you as
a student take personal responsibility for your work ethic, behavior, attitude, and
commitment. We believe that an important step in becoming a productive adult is the
ability to accept responsibility, as well as any consequences that may result from not
accepting that responsibility.
Depending on the situation, the following consequences may be taken in any order
when an inappropriate behavior occurs:

Warning from a teacher


Phone call home
Tab Out to another teacher
Team conference with student
Lunch detention

Team ISAP
School Restart
Team conference with parent and student
Referral to Assistant Principal
Loss of Incentives

Specific Behavior Plan


You as a student are aware of our team expectations and the consequences that will
follow if you as a student disrupt the learning process. We are responsible for providing
a safe, positive classroom environment conducive for optimal learning potential.
Level 1 talking, out of seat, no pencil/paper/notebook, electronic device out,
horseplay, profanity toward a student, disrupting class, throwing paper or other objects,
failure to obey staff, tardy to class, disrespectful to a staff member(s)
Level 2 verbal bullying, gambling, forgery, walking out of the classroom, profanity
toward a staff member, any Level 1 offense that becomes habitual
Level 3 leaving campus, using tobacco/alcohol/drugs, possession of
tobacco/alcohol/drugs physical, bullying, fighting a student, fighting a staff member,
assault, threatening a student or staff member, stealing, possession of stolen property,
vandalism, class disruption while in tab out, any Level 2 offense that becomes habitual.
