Notes: 1) Calibrated at Ambient Temperature of 23 C (2 C) 2) Calibration is required whenever the temperature recorder is believed to be in error
regardless of the last calibration time interval. Maximum calibration interval shall not exceed 12 months (Sch Q, Att IV, Section7). Apply legible
sticker to recorder. Recorders are very expensive and delicate instruments. As calibrated, they exhibit no evidence of mechanical damage or
mishandling. Safety Item: Damaged recorders shall be sent for repair by manufacturer authorized personnel. Report damaged recorders to Quality for
entry into equipment log and investigation for root cause of damage.
