Objectives

The study aims to assess and determine the present risk factors of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 of
the families in Sitio Canumay Barangay Labogon, Mandaue City.
Specifically, the study aims to:
1. Assess the risks of the families and the individuals of Sitio Canumay, Brgy. Labogon,
Mandaue City towards acquiring Diabetes Mellitus type 2.
2. Assess the presence of the identified risk factors for Diabetes Mellitus type 2 in Sitio
Canumay, Brgy. Labogon, Mandaue City.
3. Determine the individual familys perception on Diabetes Mellitus type 2.
4. Show the results to the families in Sitio Canumay, Brgy. Labogon, Mandaue City, and be
able to help them in preventing modifiable risk factors for Diabetes Mellitus type 2.
