stream.

the rules.
But Write USABLE sentences.
There is no point of framing
sentences which you cannot
use in your daily conversation.
Frame simple & short
sentences. EVERYDAY.
To improve your English
communication FOLLOW
these steps in verbatim.
The FIRST thing,
WRITE, at least, 10 sentences
in English, every day.
The SECOND thing,
GET it CORRECTED by a
good English teacher.
The THIRD thing,
PRACTICE the improvement
suggested.
The FOURTH thing
REPEAT the cycle, as long as
you are not satisfied with your
level of your proficiency.
This is a tried and tested
method, which I am using with
my students, with 100%
success.

The best way to learn to speak

is to speak.
There is no point in trying to
speak English with people who
WANT to learn English.
Reason? they CANNOT correct
you.
Practice does NOT make a man
perfect.
PERFECT
Practice
makes a man perfect!
Therefore, the best and the
most logical way to learn to
speak English (correctly and
fluently) is to hire a personal
trainer, and then speak under
his guidance.

NEVER consult the dictionary

to see the meaning of the
word.
Always try to guess the
meaning of the word.
If you are unable to guess the
meaning LEAVE it!!!
Consult dictionary if &only if,
the context is not present.
As far as, the dictionary is
concerned, there are only 2
dictionaries in the world,
1. Oxford Dictionary, if you
want to know everything about
the word.
2. Cambridge Dictionary, if you
want to know the CORRECT
usage.
Rule # 6

Get it checked by a good

English teacher.
This is the only rule, where you
need an able teacher.
Otherwise, for learning any
language, there is no need of
any teacher at all.
Rule # 7
NEVER study grammar.
The only reason is that in
English, there are 10,000 rules,
and 11,000 exceptions.

That is to say that, first of all,

you have to learn the rules, and
then you have to bother
yourself about the exceptions
for the rest of your life.
Learning grammar, in the
initial stages of learning a
language, causes confusion.
What you should do is that you
should LISTEN to what
NATIVE SPEAKERS speak in
general, and you will learn
what you should speak in
general.
Secondly, there is one more
thing, which most of the
English Teachers do not know.
Knowledge of grammar
hampers the fluency,
articulation & spontaneity.

wallahs say?
If you want to learn
English, do not study
grammar for the first five
years of learning English.
And therefore, my dear
students, you will learn
grammar only & only by using
it, and never by learning the
rules of grammar.
And here, I would like to
suggest one thing.
Read / Write / Listen / Speak
English without studying
grammar for one complete
year, and after that start
learning the basics.

both, go for the third book at least 8

by Raymond Murphy
Raymond Murphy used a very
advanced way of language
teaching.
No traditional grammar approach.
In this book, you will learn
the language skills, without going
into the intricacies of grammar.
You can use this book to teach
English grammar even to a
5-year-old.
You will learn to absorb the
fundamentals of English for
speaking or writing.
2. English Conversation
Practice by Grant Taylor
Grant Taylor has provided very
simple yet extremely useful
guidelines for improving
communication.
The book is divided into two parts;
Part 1, conversations based on
everyday situations.
Part 2, structural / lexical features
of the language.
Plus, this book has lot of exercises
to practice as much as you should.
The book is especially useful, if you
cannot hire a good English teacher.
It is EXTREMELY useful to improve
conversational skills.

Michael Swan
Not for beginners.
Do not even touch this book,
without going through the above
mentioned books.
This book is not for layperson.
This book is extremely useful for
you, if you are an English teacher.
If you are preparing for some

it will establish you as a person who
knows English, and also how to
teach it.
