Dance is an art form, a sport, a hobby, a fun way to stay fit,
and even a career path. In this class, we will explore different types of dance including (but not limited to) ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, improvisation, and world dance. We will also learn about kinesiology, fitness, nutrition, choreography, and production. As a dance student, you will also get the opportunity to perform in the LTHS Fine Arts Winter Showcase! Please read the following procedures and guidelines with a parent or guardian, and contact me with any questions you may have. In order to stay in the loop, subscribe to our dance class Remind101 group! Text @lthsdc to the number 81010 to receive reminders and updates about class. Parents and dancers are welcome to join! We also have a class website: www.lthsmason.weebly.com I look forward to a fun-filled year with you!
