Titan Company Limited was founded during Indias Licence Raj days. Today, it has forayed into
underserved, unorganized, and under-penetrated sectors, purely relying on its strengths in
manufacturing, retailing and design and succeeded in a BIG way! This is not to say that Titan
has enjoyed complete success. It has failed many times -- it failed in Europe, it failed with its
first line of Raga watches, it failed with its jewellery line for 6-7 years in India and the US. It has
had its own challenges but it has learnt as it moved on from its successes and failures, and
evolved continually. Today, the revenue of Titan crosses Rs 10,000 crores, making it the fifth
largest watchmaker in the world. Tanishq is Indias largest, fastest growing and most popular
jewellery brand. Titan Eye+ has pioneered the way eyewear is sold in the Indian market

Titan has been evolving continuously doing new things and at the same time, it has been
mindful of its responsibility towards its stakeholders (both internal and external) and the society

The Rules of Success

Share a story, situation, or journey from your life that brings out our three Rs - Restless,
Responsible, and Respected. The storyline should have a co-relation with your life-event and
Titan.
Rules and Instructions
Dont hold back on your creativity! You can use props, background music, and presentations to
narrate your story.
Step 1: Submit a 500-word write-up and details of your presentation/act, keeping in mind the
time limit (five minutes).
Step 2: Send in your entries for the 1st level of screening.
Step 3: The last date to submit your application is 16th August, 2016.
Step 4: After youre selected, you will have five minutes to present your storyline.
Step 5: If you win, you get an opportunity to:
Attend a 3-day experiential case solving workshop at the Titan campus, Bangalore
Visit Titan factories, stores
Attend the Leadership Caf
Receive case mentorship from senior leaders
Pre-placement offers /Summer Internship opportunities
Entries will be evaluated based on the following parameters:
Challenging the status quo
Seeking out new experiences
Handling situations effectively
Thinking rationally (Response v/s react),and
Acting with integrity
Individual entries only.
