Training Objective: 
Offering a training workshop on the topic of “Recruitment and Selection” with the objective to train 
young HR Professionals, Entrepreneurs, fresh HR Graduates and students on the practical aspects of 
Recruitment  and  Selection.  Today,  Recruitment  &  Selection  is  a  field  in  which  a  lot  of  jobs  are 
available for HR professionals, as skilled Recruitment Specialists are needed to hire the best people at
