7th December: Read a Case Report.

7th December: Worked on some case laws on Assignment of a Trademark.
8Th December: Read about Assignment of Trademark and researched on
some case laws regarding the Assignment of Trademark and their
procedure.
9th December: Researched on a topic, which was whether a Geographical
name or a generic name be Trademarked.
10th December: Accompanied Sir to the City Civil Court for the hearing of
Case of Ganapathi Trademark Infringement.
14th 15th 18th December: Did not come for 3 days due to ill health.
19th December: Researched on Jurisdiction of Suits in Trademark, Passing
off etc.
21st December: Prepared and gave a presentation on these topics.
22nd December: Accompanied Sir to the City Civil Court for the Arguments
of a case.
22nd December: Read and made a report on Cases: Banyan Tree and
Dhodha House and other related topics.
23rd December: Read and did some research on Swathi Case law.
23rd December: Drafted a Counter for the Affidavit filed in the Delight
Chemicals Case.
24th December: Observed court proceedings in High Court and City Civil
Court.
26th December: Wrote the IA and OS of all the Cases.
26th December: Prepared a Word document relating to the above matter.
28th December: Researched on case laws regarding Arbitration.
28th December: Cases Regarding section 46 and 48 of Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996
29th December: Researched on how to enforce foreign awards in India and
the procedure.
30th 31st December : Researched on Rights of the Patentee (Sec.48 of
Patents Act, 1970)
4th January : Researched on section 84 and section 92 of Patents Act/ 1970
5th January: Researched on compulsory license under Paris convention and
TRIPS.
6th January: Researched on patent agent.
7th January: Researched on infringement of patents.
8th January: Researched on remedies against infringement of patents.
11th January: Researched on penalties against infringement of patents.
12th 13th January: Researched on e-filing of patent application.
14th 15th January: working on case analysis regarding patents and
finalizing the report.
