DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by and between:
SPS. CECILIA G. MORALES and ROMEO T. MORALES, both Filipinos, of
legal ages and residents of Baua, Gonzaga, Cagayan, hereafter referred to as
the DONORS:
---AND--BARANGAY BAUA, Gonzaga, Cagayan, hereinafter represented by PABLO T.
NICOLAS, JR. Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Baua, Gonzaga,
Cagayan, hereafter referred to as the DONEE:
WITNESSETH:
That the DONORS are the registered owners of a parcel of land located at
Buau, Gonzaga, Cagayan, covered by TCT No. 2014000795, and more
particularly described as follows:
Lot -244, Pls-115, Beginning at a point marked1 of Lot-244,
Pls-155, being S. 81 deg. 42W., 25.05 m. from BLM No. 11, Pls115, S. 10 deg. 07E., 60.39 m. to pt. 2, S. 82 deg. 22W., 164.70
m. to pt. 3, N. 63 deg. 05E., 181.74 m. to pt., the point of
beginning, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED FORTY ONE (4,941) square meters, more or less. All
points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on
the ground by BL., Cyl. conc. Mons. 15x60 cms. In diameter.
bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot-245, Pls-115; on the S.,
along line 2-3 by Road; on the NW., along line 3-1by National
Road. Bearings true.
That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONORS social obligation to the
DONEE, the DONORS hereby voluntarily GIVE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by
way of donation, unto the said DONEE, its heirs and assigns, the above
described property, together with all the improvements found thereon, free
from
all
liens
and
encumbrances;
That the DONORS affirm that this donation is not made with intent to deceive
their creditors, and that they have reserved for themselves sufficient funds
and property;
That the DONEE, through its representative hereby accepts and receives this
donation made in its favor by the DONORS, and hereby manifests its
gratefulness for the latter's generosity.

ACT AS REPRESENTATIVE/S OF THIS BARANGAY TO ACCEPT, PROCESS THE APPLICATION AND
TRANSFER OF THAT DONATED PROPERTY COVERED BY TCT No. 2014000795 IN FAVOR OF
BARANGAY BAUA, GONZAGA, CAGAYAN
WHEREAS, a parcel of land located at Baua, Gonzaga, Cagayan, covered by TCT No. 2014000795 and
registered in the name of Spouse Cecilia G. Morales and Romeo T. Morales, was donated in favour of Brgy.
Baua;
WHEREAS, PABLO T. NICOLAS, JR. AND/OR MRS. NATIVIDAD B. MONCES are residents of Baua,
Gonzaga, Cagayan, and the barangay council identified them to accept the donated property in behalf and
in favour of Brgy. Baua;
WHEREAS, any of said persons is given by this council the authority to apply and process the transfer of
such donated property in the name of Brgy. Baua before any government agency concerned for such
application and transfer;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in session, TO RESPECTFULLY
ASSIGN PABLO T. NICOLAS, JR. AND/OR MRS. NATIVIDAD B. MONCES TO ACT AS
REPRESENTATIVE/S OF THIS BARANGAY TO ACCEPT, PROCESS THE APPLICATION AND
TRANSFER OF THAT DONATED PROPERTY COVERED BY TCT No. 2014000795 IN FAVOR OF
BARANGAY BAUA.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their
information and appropriate action.
