There are underlying questions to this week's Gospel---Which door will you go through? Can Jesus come through
YOUR door?

goes out, come to our hearts and enlighten our lives!

Can you believe that summer is fading? Have you had a
chance to find some rest and relaxation.....perhaps, some
more time at prayer? We need this so much in our hectic
lives. Open the door to Jesus!
Finally, thanks for opening the doors to your hearts and
lives to this wonderful parish of Good Shepherd ANCC. I
promise that its doors will always welcome the Lord, the
Good Shepherd, who yearns to bring you back to the Father in the gift of the Holy Spirit!

Live Jesus in our hearts, forever!

What is RCIA ?
RCIA is a spiritual journey, a process of faith, a process
for welcoming newcomers into the Catholic Church, a process of developing Catholic Christians, a process that is
adapted to each individual and his or her needs. Finally
it is an apprenticeship as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Who is RCIA intended for?

Unbaptized adults or young adults or an adult or young
adult who has been baptized into a non-Catholic
denomination.
An adult or young adult who has been baptized Catholic
but has never received his or her first Eucharist or
Confirmation.

Scripture has the ability to transform our hearts.

Let us deepen our understanding of Scripture .

ANCC Founding Principles

Shared at Convocation 2016
The American Nation Catholic Church is called into
existence by the Holy Spirit to continue the dialogue begun at Vatican Council-II and receives her
valid succession through Rome via Bishop DuarteCosta.
The ANCC has been established to form authentic
Catholic ministries and services open to all The People of God in the United States of America.
The Church is the Body of Christ and the ANCC
inherits the entire deposit of faith of the Catholic
Church, whereby we draw our identity, nourishment and the practice of our Catholic Traditions.
The ANCC joins the Church Catholic in her missionary and evangelical efforts to "Go out to all the
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

"Anyone that comes to us, friend

or enemy, thief or robber, is to be
received with kindness. Greet one
another wholeheartedly and lovingly. Never look gloomy or sad,
but show yourself happy in the Lord,
cheerful and gracious!"
--St Francis of Assisi
