Independent Fundamental Baptist Missionaries to the Philippines

Praise Reports:
Praise God for saving souls! I am always amazed at
how God faithfully uses His Word to open peoples
understanding about their lost condition when we
are faithful to believe in Him and use His Word. Billy
(a man that Pastor Michael has been visiting for almost two years) finally came to faith in Jesus Christ.
Kevin (20 yr. old) is incarcerated and he saw me visiting Christopher (a fellow inmate) and asked me if I
had preached on a bus before. Long story short, Kevin rode my VBS bus about 10 years ago. I visited him
and was able by Gods grace to lead Him to Jesus.
Praise the Lord for the children who called upon the
name of the Lord during VBS at Odenton Baptist
Church in Odenton, MD. God is so good!
Praise Him for ongoing faith. I got a text message
from a pastor friend that the gentleman, Brian, who I
wrote about last month, indeed got saved during the
church service. Praise the Lord his two young daughters are now asking about getting saved too! And,
Brian wanted me to know that he is praying for me.
WOW! I gained a brother in the Lord & another prayer partner. AMEN! Hallelujah!
How can I not praise God for your love, prayers, and
constancy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We
arent going alone; we are sent and gladly sent by our
church and all of our supporting churches and prayer
partners.
Prayer Requests:

Pray for wisdom as we transition from the U.S. to the

Philippines.

Pray for safety and His mighty hand to be upon us as

we endeavor to accomplish His will in our lives.

Pray for the conversion of the lost & a true revival of

godliness in all of our hearts.

quest for eternal gold and we learned that Jesus has power
over nature, death, the Devil, and our deepest needs.

Mr. Paul & Sherrie Price are faithful members and workers at Odenton
Baptist Church. They led the VBS.
It is such a blessing to have friends
who love the Lord and serve God
with a spirit of excellence.

Vacation Bible School in Maryland

It was a blessing to be able to help Bro. Paul Price and Odenton
Baptist Church, Odenton, MD with their annual Vacation Bible School.
Many children made some important decisions and from what I heard,
three young people made professions of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Please pray that they would continue to attend Odenton Baptist Church
and become fruitful Christians in that church.

Mt. Zion Baptist Missions - Sending Service

If you are in the Brogue, PA area on Sunday evening, Sept. 4,
please feel free to join us for our churchs sending service at 6:30 PM
(EST). My family and I are blessed of God, and humbled by the thought
that our church gets to dedicate our missionary endeavors in prayers and
thanksgiving to God. Mt. Zion Baptist Missions Philippines is ready to go!
If you cannot make it physically, perhaps you can make it virtually since
we livestream our PM service (at 6:45) via sermonaudio.com/mzbc. I
realize that many of you will most likely be going to your own respective
church service (amen) so, I would just ask for your prayers. Knowing that
you truly intercede for us is a blessing that will accomplish more for us
than we could ever imagine.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! - Long live the Philippines!

Mabuhay is analogous to the Romanic language expression
Vive or Viva. It is a Filipino greeting and a term of cheer or adulation. It is the imperative form of life (literally it means Live! from the
root word buhay or life). The Lord Jesus said: I am come that they
might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (Jn. 10:10).
May we who have tasted of His saving grace rise up and get to serving
because days are evil, men are dying, and the gospel needs to be preached.
