SHARE WITH YOUR TEAMS:

• The literacy walk info (Darren emailed info and website to you); Jody will let
us know when she receives more information from the group.
• The reading extended home base (1st Wednesday of month). Wednesday,
October 7th will be the first day. In the workroom, people can find a box of
books/magazines to pull for use within their classrooms.
• The observation literacy walk-through: Describe the plan for this and what it
will look like. The goal is to provide feedback and discussion about literacy
within their classroom. Observations will begin any time from Monday, October
19th – November 24th.
• Teachers can bring in magazines for student reading engagement (put in box
in workroom). Encourage staff to bring in materials to share with others.
