Review piping document, specification and procedure as per project requirement

Review Plot plan and equipment layout considering economy, convenience, safety, work space around
equipment and case of operating using equipment.
Review Piping key plan drawing
Review basic design sketch of critical line, such as: Oil Tank, LPG Sphere, tower, vessel, extreme hot/cold
piping, compressor, pump, Blow down, Flare, reformer/boiler line, underground line, Loading/Unloading line, etc.
Review detail design layout to satisfy process requirement from basic sketches and determine best method of
illustration.
Review piping information drawings for the basic design to other discipline, such as pipe rack configuration,
nozzle orientation, Equipment lug or clip support, etc.
Review and check issue every piping design document and drawing
Review drawing for quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirement
Review application of specialty items such as: PSV, Orifice, Control Valve, Silencer, Flame arrestor, etc
Review Loading data manual and Procedure
Review Loading data calculation result
Review Standard Pipe Support that suit with Project spec
Review application of standard pipe support on model
Review application of pipe support as per stress requirement
Review Special pipe support, if any
MTO Checking
Check Isometric drawings and MTO content
