Possess a Bachelor degree from accredited universities (minimum B).

Indonesian citizens with overseas academic degree should acquire degree
equalization from DIKTI (Direktorat Pendidikan Tinggi The Indonesia Directorate
of Higher Education)

DIKTIs accreditation, if graduated from overseas universities (for Indonesian

citizens).

Register online at the website of SPS ITB

4.

Download and Print the Online Registration

5.

Submit the printed form with following documents:

Original certified and legalized copies of undergraduate academic

certificate (2 copies)

Original certified and legalized copies of undergraduate academic

transcript (2 copies)

Degree equalization from DIKTI (for overseas graduates)

Recent color photographs with blue background sized 4X6 cm (2

copies)

A health statement letter issued by professional medical examiner

(medical doctor)

Recommendation Letters from University and/or Companies for those

with working experiences

A copy of receipt of admission fee payment

Brief business plan statement using our format here(applicable for MBA
CCE candidates only)

Business plan proposal (Only for MBA Entree Candidate)

For MBA ITB Jakarta candidate submit all documents above in two (2) sets: 1
original set and 1 copy set.
