Great article, I learned about a few new ones. Intercom.io is awesome. With this tool, we were able to consolidate and
get rid of 4 other tools (Woopra, Zendesk, Zopim, and Gauges). We also like the power of Slack for remote team
communication. The integrations are powerful. They are currently overwhelmed with with the number of integration
requests which may say something about the popularity of this tool. The other critical tool not mentioned here that we
pair with Slack for remote team communication is an audio conferencing product. We use Branded Bridge Line because
they have mentioned a Slack integration coming soon. Thanks for the tips!

Good info! However GoDaddy doesn't deserve to be here...they do unethical business. They steal good domain names
as people search and offer for high price/ auction. Its my personal experience! Never search for domain names in Go
