Dear Mr. <name>,
<name of company> (the Company) is pleased to confirm
engagement of your services as Consultant for the purpose of
providing consulting privileges to the officers, employees and staf
of the Company concerning matters of public relations and
corporate communication, including those activities listed in
Attachment A hereof, relating to the conduct of the business of the
Company (the Consulting Services).
You agree to render to the Company the Consulting Services for the
period (the Consulting Period) commencing on the date of this
Agreement and ending on the earlier of (i) Ten Months from date
hereof (the Term Date), and (ii) the date the Consulting Period is
terminated at any time by the Company, for any reason with or
without cause, by giving thirty (30) days advance notice in writing to
you. You shall devote best eforts and to apply all your skills and
competence to the performance of the Consulting Services and to
such other services as may be reasonably requested by the
Company.
In consideration of the Consulting Services you shall be paid the
amount <sum> Pesos (Php??,000.00) monthly. Income Tax due for
the agreed compensation shall shouldered by the Company.
The Company shall reimburse you for reasonable communication
and other expenses incurred by you in the performance of the duties
hereunder in accordance with the Companys general policies as
may be amended from time to time.
You agree that any information acquired
by you during any
furtherance of
your obligations as consultant, concerning any
matters afecting or relating to the business of the Company,
including but not limited to any of its customers, the prices,
products and/or services, methods, manner of operation, its plans,
processes and all personal, financial, proprietary information of the
Company, its officers, directors and shareholders (Confidential
Information) shall be kept confidential.
You agree that the
obligation to maintain
the confidentiality and security of the
Confidential Information remain even after the engagement and
continues for so long as such material is considered by Company as
a confidential information.

If the foregoing correctly reflects our understanding, please signify

your conformity on the space provided below and this shall
constitute as our agreement on the matter.
