Muhaisnah 4, Dubai, UAE do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT DORIS
LACBAYO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Pooc, Talisay City,
Cebu, Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do the following acts and deeds:

To SELL, TRANSFER, MORTGAGE and CONVEY, the parcel of land
partly owned by me
known as Lot 2881-A-8 of the Subdivision Plan Psd-07-05-010323
being a portion of
Lot 2881-A, Fis-1563-D covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.T92612 located at
Pooc, Talisay City, Cebu with an area of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY
FOUR (444) SQUARE
METERS, more or less, to any person, and as such, to execute and
sign on my behalf
a Deed of Absolute Sale or any other appropriate deed in favour to
any person;

To RECEIVE the proceeds thereof, in cash or in check, and also to
en cash the check/s
issued thereon to any banking institution;
3.

To represent me in all undertaking in connection thereof;

4.
To do what is necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes
herein intended.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with full powers of substitution and
revocation , and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
