Flare connection
Flare Plate and copper pipe shall be connected linearly
apply the refrigeration oil at the flare surface and screw
tighten the spanner after tightening flare nut
use the double spanner to keep away the over pressure at pipe
connection point
Insulation of pipe joints
make sure insulation at pipe joints to prevent the permeation of
outside air.
Insulation shall overlap at the corners , and shall be tightened
and clamped together using clamp or tape.
in case air permeation at joint, condensation occurs, when running
in cooling mode, thus water seepage

Electrical Wiring
Caution
1) Use the standardized Electrical wires & Equipments
2) Refer to the wiring diagram of outdoor unit, for detail information
3) Permit only authorized person for electrical works
4) Joints in the wiring shall be avoided. Joint may lead to electrical noise other Hazards
5) For Long Distance, Keep separate signal line and power line.
6) Remote control line shall be kept separate from the power and signal line.
7) Use separate power supply, if heaters are used
8) Select of the size of heater cable and a circuit breaker and Electric switch, as per
power consumption and safety ratings
9) Heater and indoor unit control wiring shall be as per wiring diagram
10) Interconnecting cable between indoor & out door units shall be clamped with clamp
holder, & shall not be kept loose and sagging
11) Check the grounding of outdoor power socket, (3rd grounding work or special 3rd
grounding work at outdoor) to prevent the electrical accident
12) Use the NFB (No Fuse Breaker) when 3 phase 3 line and single phase
13) Use the ELB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) when 3 phase 4 line

obstacle
floor
Location of unit shall be able to withstand up to the weight which is more than 4 times of the
weight of IU
Ceiling shall be plain ( Horizontal) at unit location
There should not be any heat source or steam source near the unit
Location, where drainage point can be easily obtained
Ensure the space above the ceiling to be more than 30cm
Unit shall be located, at least 3m away from obstacles (Big motor, monitor etc), which causes
the noise (Use a noise filter, where the noise is generated because of the power)
(Caution) : Thoroughly study the following installation locations :
In such places as restaurants and kitchens, considerable amount of oil steam and flour
adhere to the turbo fan, the fin of the HEX and the drain pump, resulting in poor heat
exchange, spraying, dispersing of water drops, drain pump malfunction, etc
In these cases, take the following actions :
- Make sure that the ventilation fan for smoke-collecting hood on a cooking table has
sufficient capacity to prevent the oily steam is sucked to the air conditioner
- Keep enough distance from a cooking room to install the air conditioner in such a place
where it may not suck in oily steam
A/C
Ensure the
Enough
distance
Cooking table
Avoid installing A/C in such circumstances where cutting oil mist or iron powder is in
suspension in factories, etc
Avoid places where inflammable gas is generated, flows in, is stored or vented
Avoid places where sulfurous acid gas or corrosive gas is generated.
Avoid places near high frequency generators
1) Ceiling opening
- Make hole 750mm750mm on the ceiling
- Use the box jig for opening the ceiling
2) Make hole for set-anchor using box
jig by hand-drill.
- Make 4 holes 14.5mm, 40mm (depth) vertically
- Consider the direction of drain pipe while making
holes (The pitch for the drain is small)
- If the units are Installed with incorrect Pitch
occurs the leakage of refrigerant and water
3) Insert the 4 set-anchors to the hole then, fix it firmly by hitting lower part of Jig

check the gaps and cracks in F/Duct manually
check the painting and fault of Diffuser manually
4. installation
Keep the slope for easy draining of condensing water, as shown in the picture.
Slope in opposite direction causes over-flow
5. Installation surroundings
use the Square,Round Diffuser for cooling only.
use the Nozzle,Grille,Line Diffuser for heating mode.

3. Check operating
Make sure to use remote controller when testing run.
- Check negative current.
- When negative current, it will be blinked the LED of relay in O/D and I/D and error
mark is displayed on remote controller display.
- Check wire connection between O/D and I/D.
- Signal line has polarity, so right connections shall be made, otherwise, error will
occur, like, I/D fan operating, O/D fan is not operating
Make sure to start test run from cooling mode to protect 4way valve and
compressor.
- Can not operate cooling mode in winter because of operating temp. range.
- Usually test run for 30minute. After finishing test run, normal operating starts
and test run signal will be disappeared.
- In case of heat pump, start on heating mode after finishing test run and
additional cooling mode for 10 minute.
