Below is a breakdown of all sponsorship levels. This year we have included a new
opportunity, make us an offer.
In this category you set your contribution and we are open to suggestions on how we can
show our appreciation. All Sponsorship levels are limited due to number of tables, space
from stage and appreciation perks.

VIP SPONSOR - $1250.00 Limited

Availability This Sponsor level receives:
A tax receipt for the full amount of donation
Two positions on a private first aid course *, hosted by the Foundation $300.00 value
Five positions on a free Self-Defence course, hosted by the Foundation $125.00 value
4x3 Foam core board to be placed on the main stage during the event and sign at entrance
Acknowledgement of Donor status on website and print material at event
Announced acknowledgement during event
Social Media Acknowledgement at the event
Post-event Certificate of Support for place of employment
Eight tickets to the event with VIP seating ($600.00 value)

SPECIAL GUEST SPONSOR - $800.00

One position on a private first aid course *, hosted by the Foundation $150.00 value
Two positions on a free Self-Defence course, hosted by the Foundation $50.00 value
Group Sponsor sign posted at the entrance of the event on the night of the event

Ability to purchase discounted seats at a Private first aid course*, hosted by the Foundation

JMMF is a charitable organization and no donation level is too small. Please let us know how
we can show our appreciation for any service or donation given for this event!!! JMMF is also
looking for great packages, door prizes and give aways during the evening for our raffle.
*First Aid course info - All event donors will receive the option to purchase additional positions on the
private first aid course, hosted by the foundation for $80.00/student to a maximum of 36 positions
total. The course will be held in Morinville, Alberta and will be hosted at the location and date chosen
by the Foundation. JMMF will be offering a combination of a full Standard First Aid Course (2-day), a

Recertification Standard First Aid Course (1-day) and a Mental Health First Aid Course (2-day). All
Profits raised will go directly to JMMF Housing Fund. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain training
for your employees at a subsidized rate while further supporting a local charity.
