Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) Installation

Instructions:

Note: Separate folders are present for 64 and 32 bit Operating


Systems. All files to be used from the folder corresponding the
operating system of the target machine.

Steps:
1. Install the device drivers from the Drivers directory.
2. Add the following entries into the User and System Path variables of
System Environment Variable :
C:\FingerprintSensors\Startek-FM220-ACPL;
C:\FingerprintSensors\MANTRA-MFS100-MANTRA;
C:\FingerprintSensors\Nitgen-HFDU08-BioEnable;
C:\FingerprintSensors\MORPHO-MSO13XX-MORPHO;
C:\FingerprintSensors\PRE-CSD200;
C:\FingerprintSensors\IMK2120U;
C:\FingerprintSensors\Secugen;
To add in environment variables:
o Right Click on My Computer icon and click properties.
o In the Properties window, select Advanced system settings
o In the Advanced system settings, under advanced tab, click
Environment variables button.
o In the Environment variables find Path variable in user variables
and system variables part.
o Click Edit in the path variable and add the above mentioned
environment variables separated by ; (semicolon).
o Click OK

Copy the FingerprintSensors directory to C:\


Run the Setup.exe file from Service directory.
Copy the AEBAS directory to local system directory of choice.
Create shortcut of DesktopAttendanceClient.exe file from AEBAS
directory.
7. Run the application using the shortcut or the executable file.
8. On first run, the client will have to be registered by an authorized operator.
9. After that the client is ready for attendance marking of registered employees.
