: After-Activity Report
(Operation Pneumonia Vaccine)

1. Reference: PRO2 CMC No. 2015-32 dated July 3, 2015 re: Conduct of
Operation Pneumonia Vaccine.
2. Please be informed that at about 2:00 P.M. of July 10,
2015, this Office, in coordination with the PNP Officers Ladies
Club under the stewardship of its President, Mrs. Cecilia Migrace
E. Felix, conducted the Operation Pneumonia Vaccine with the
theme: Mabuting Kalusugan para sa Kapulisan held at the
PRO2 Basketball Covered Court. The activity aims to prevent the
widespread of pneumonia among the PNP personnel, thus
ensuring their welfare and their families in general.
3. The activity started with the registration of recipients,
followed by an Opening Prayer led by PSUPT MANUEL R.
DEUS, Regional Chaplain and Welcome Remarks by Mrs. Ann
Janette P. Olay, Treasurer of the PRO2 Ladies Club. Mrs.
Cresilda P. Idio, Internal Vice President, OLC and Adviser, PRO2
Ladies Club, delivered the Message on behalf of the PNP
Officers Ladies Club President. Two hundred (200) PNP
personnel benefitted from the free pneumonia vaccine.
4. The activity ended at 4:00 P.M. of said date with the
awarding of Plaque of Appreciation and Memento to the officers
and members of the PNP Officers Ladies Club.
